My order was wrong. I went back through the line. This girl in the photo told me I needed to pay again for something I already paid for. When I asked for a manager I was told there wasn't one available. When I asked her for her name she refused to give it to me. I understand its fast food but this was very disappointing. Do better BK

I waited 15 minutes for a large order of fries when there was only 2 customers in the whole store the manager was very rude and I got my food at 4:30 and my ticket was created at 4:16

Lady at drive thru rude as hell! Like she dont even like her job. Didn't repeat my order. Jus handed my food. Not even a thank you!! Girl jus quit and work somewhere else.. no one wanna see ur stanky attitude. Maybe if you'd smile you'd get a raise maybe.. who knows but yea never coming back here.

8pm on a Saturday night. No sweet tea, no unsweet tea, no coke zero. Now come on. They have mozzarella fries. But no marinera sauce. Sucks to come here. For the past two months only at night. Had to go to the other burger King on 1960 because they do have everything.

Understaffed. 2 woman running the whole restaurant. One girl was running back and forth from the drive thru to the register for dine in. 2 people walked out while I was in line. Felt bad for them. They need a raise

I placed an order on DoorDash and they sent me something I didn't order and the soda was missing (bad service)

Lettuce should NOT be chunky on a burger. And sandwiches USED TO BE hot! The onion rings were cold. They should consider going back to real onion rings instead of these manufactured ones. Milkshake was soupy

I try calling but goes to voicemail I tried to call numerous of times to let them know they left food out of my bag that I paid for?? Simply because I live 30min away from this location
