I went through the drive thru and it took FOREVER! I don't know what took so long for one chicken sandwich and one burger. There were a few cars in front of me,but the weight time was excessive.

I came here twice and both times the experience was good. Friendly customer service with manners, food made correctly and clean atmosphere. This is way better than the Burger King off of 45 and Cypresswood Dr. I will come back here.

Nasty. The onion rings weren't hot, the fish burgers buns were extremely soggy, soaked to the brim it was just heavy. The fish patties were uncooked. Even the napkins given were torn. This is wild frm BK. First time here it was uncanny. This was about 7ish pm today, Saturday Aug 3rd.
I came here to pick up an UberEats order and this is how they handed me the drinks. They obviously should have properly packaged everything.
For example: putting the icees in another bag. The apple juice should have been in the bag with the food. And, the bag of food should have been closed completely. The male Hispanic manager [who was on shift around 7:00pm on 07/26/25] then started being rude, once l pointed it out to him. l've already reported the incident to Uber.
Don't get upset with someone pointing out an obvious flaw in service. I wasn't taking a chance on the food wasting and then I catch the blame. It's THE RESTAURANT'S RESPONSIBILITY to package the order in a way that is safe for delivery.
And, then I heard the manager running his mouth about me, as I was leaving. I could have gotten disrespectful with him and hurt his feelings. But, I wasn’t wasting my energy. I don't give a care if you work at a fast food restaurant, you best show some good customer service! The location is filthy, too. Guess it’s time for a call to the health department.
