Where do I begin! Hands down the best any kind of food I've tasted in years. When I say this food is on point, I mean you swear your granny made it. Home cooked authentic soul food. We had a birthday party catered by thus company. The owner worked with me at length to create an affordable and delicious menu including DIY slider bar with brisket, smoked chicken, and sausage! People took food home to family members and I heard for days how good the food was! I highly recommend anything done by Cajun Smoke Creole Soul!!

The Smoked Mac and Cheese had a thick cheesy flavor with large macaroni shells. The shrimp and crawfish étouffée was really creamy and flavorful. I've had versions where the celery flavor is very prominent, but I thought this one had a lighter flavor since the celery had been chopped smaller.
