What wonderful food! We had the pleasure of serving a wonderful turkey, ham and dressing from this establishment!! Kudos Marc! Everything was remarkable! If you haven’t tried them you are missing out⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I gave Marc and Cajun Smoke Creole Soul a tall order with just 1 week between the order and delivery. They made a Thanksgiving dinner for 90 employees on Friday of this past week and hand-delivered to our plant. Everything from the turkey and ham down to the fixings and the banana pudding was so delicious! It was all seasoned perfectly and the plant (always hard to please) was really impressed. Everything Cajun Smoke makes is seasoned to perfection and hits the taste buds just right! Marc is our neighbor and he occasionally sells plates. His diversity of food; Cajun food, BBQ, and holiday meals… all to die for! You have to try it!

Marc catered our wedding and invited us to either come to Fall Creek for a tasting or he’d come to us for a private tasting of the food we wanted for our wedding. We went to his in event in Fall Creek to try about 4 months prior to our wedding and had been looking forward to eating at our wedding ever since! It was delicious! My husband is picky when it comes to BBQ and he was sold! Several people came up to us and asked who catered the food. Working with Marc on planning was wonderful and the food was even better!

Cajun Smoke Creole Soul provided food for our school football dinner. Our players were chasing them out of the door to tell them how good the food was. They were very professional and delivered on time. The food was perfect seasoned and the banana pudding dessert was fantastic. If you haven’t tried it you are really missing out. We will have them back.

Cajun smoke catered my schools teacher appreciation lunch. Marc delivered the food and it was warm and ready to serve all of the teachers enjoyed lunch can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

Where do I begin! Hands down the best any kind of food I've tasted in years. When I say this food is on point, I mean you swear your granny made it. Home cooked authentic soul food. It is so delicious it literally took me back. This gentleman has a gift from God and that is cooking. Customer service was amazing and the atmosphere is nature at its finest. Words can not describe how good this food really is. Please just go and try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.FYI, this is not a problem for me, but unfortunately do not sell beverages. However, the owner offered me a free water just because...To which I was grateful. There is a parking lot full of vendors who sell drinks! Go wild!!Again! I can not rave enough about Cajun smoke creole soul food!! It is a must try!

Food is ALWAYS amazing! The shrimp and grits was my favorite until I had the red beans and rice today! Seasoned perfectly.The customer service is always good. They are welcoming and greet you with a smile every time! Love them. If you haven’t tried them you’re missing out!
