Customer service was great but this my second time coming here and this time i said to myself I’m never coming back the fish had a weird smell and the texture of it wasn’t like fish i almost threw up when i bit it i had to throw both plates away it was so nasty im never going back again the first time it was good but this time it spoiled my appetite!

Birthday reward, kept giving error message that I didn't have enough qualifing items? The rewards says Free! I purchased lobster roll meal anyway. But, the rewards still wouldn't work! I really feel cheated out of my rewards! The food was good and workers were nice and helpful.

Ok hey y'all. My first time there was drv through. I ordered a 4 piece , got a 2 piece was charged for 2 piece . I voiced my concerns with person who took order. Rosie the manager 😂 that's a laugh said come back well make it right. So today I went in w intent on getting some more delicious food? Rosie stood right there lied to my face ? Said oh your husband came in and got we gave him the extra piece? That's a flat out lied because I'm married to an ol blk Jew man) what I call him lovingly! He doesn't hasn't ever ask for senior discount. Don't do coupons etc etc. He nvr came in !! Y stand there and lie to my face , just say hey I dnt feel like honoring my word!! I'll nvr go back again. As w a lot of situations in life I absolutely mean this. The audacity!! I brought my receipt. I had left a 6 star review? After today?? Nope 10$ for 3 strips of fish . Y'all bttr go to Long John silver's.

For me, it's a great experience with captain D's food , I never been there, but almost i ordered by Uber eats , so I like the food and I'm so excited to make a visit and try it dine in. 🤣🤣

I drove all the way from the south west side to pick up food since this was the closest. It had been awhile since we've eaten captain ds since we dont have one close... but I've been wanting it so I took the 45 min drive to get a family meal for dinner. Got home to find that the fish, hushpuppies and funnel stix were VERY overcooked. It was so hard we couldnt even bite on the crust of the fish or we'd break a tooth. We literally had to peel a lot of the rock solid parts off. It was so bad. We got the fries as a side and those were undercooked. Cold and hard like they rushed them out and didnt cook them all the way. I would even say they werent even halfway cooked. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at any other location like we had tonight. So this was very very disappointing since I was wanting it so bad. The over cooked fish and hushpuppies were so dry because of how overcooked it was and then we couldn't even eat the fries or the funnel stix. The stix were chewy and the ends rock hard. It just sucks to drive all the way there and spend my hard earned money for some shit food. Try it at your own risk ig. I'll be aiming for a different location next time. The employees were very nice though, but someone can't cook.

My mother managed one of these when I was growing up, but it wasn't 'til I recently tried them as an adult when I realized how good they are. Great quality seafood without the huge price tag. I haven't had a single item I didn't like. I'm a huge fan of the big fish sandwich.

I ate here when it open and everything is small and what you pay for is not worth it. I got the captain special it was a combo and you get little fish or small chicken like wow you pay like high price for what you get! I just stick to long John silvers!

I love the customer service there ...the young guy that runs the front is awesome..food is always hot and crispy...he know how to take care of his customers ...my favorite spot....
