Delicious food, quick service, friendly staff. Crispy batter on the outside, tender flaky juicy fish on the inside. The coleslaw hits the spot better than most fast food joints. The catfish, shrimp, chicken, and sides were all great, glad I got a sampler as part of my order. The paper signs written in Sharpie were a bit odd to see in the drive-through, but aside from that the place is nice.

Third time coming to this location. Service is always ok. But the food seems to get worse. I understand why they have a big sign in the drive through window saying No Refunds. I ordered two piece fish special and everything taste old. The fries were luke warm and the fish is dry, tough. Definitely will not go back and would advice everyone else to avoid.

It was just ok...ordered breaded catfish. Wasn't completely cooked in my opinion....food not worth price paid

Fav fast-food seafood. Fried okra is addicting

Extremely cold in the lobby it has to be 60 degrees !
The battered fish was so bland and fishy I had to spit it out. I got the chicken instead and it was very good. Not sure what the deal is with the fish but they need to sort it out. Used to be better I don’t think it has one bit of seasoning either
Also how’s the drink machine gonna be broken for months ?

They could have did better service wasn't that good food wasn't all that either. Disappointing because I like Captain D's usually I enjoy it

This is my third and final attempt to see this location perform as the one in my Hometown in Perry, Ga does. The valueand quality of the food for the cost is not great at all. The restaurant is clean. The cashier on this visit was not very attentive maybe she was nervous or new, I'm not sure. I am sure they have a high profit margin because I know, only on one occasion did I get what I feel was appropriate for the price I paid. There is plenty of parking because the lot is always empty.

The drive through person was rude food was under cook and they refuse to give me my money back! What that says about a restaurant with a sign on the drive through window that says NO REFUNDS!
