Located in the mall food court, I now have a favorite sandwich spot. Reasonably priced cheesesteaks that I found to be delicious. Everyone was friendly and attentive to their service. The sandwich isn’t as full of meat as some other locations, but I felt that everything was perfectly balanced to have an enjoyable cheesesteak sandwich without feeling over filled with meat and cheese.

Not sure where or why the cashiers and cooks lose communication but it is absolutely impossible for them to make a plain cheese steak with mayo and lettuce only. After repeatedly asking for no onion, bell pepper or mushroom. No one else in line. Simple communication and check for understanding.

This location was the first Charleys I've ever visited. After so many years they continue to not disappoint. From the food and the customer service, I can honestly say this location is one of my favorite in the houston area.
The two counter people were nasty & rude. I always visit the location inside Walmart so this was my FIRST time at this one. I notified the manager heads up about this review & he took up for them, telling 'well they said. Huh? He added becuz it's 'busy' & he apologized.
