The staff at the bar seemed to be reluctant to take my carry out order this Saturday evening. It wasnt that busy, yet it was almost as if they were ignoring me as I sat there waiting for one of them to approach me.

While they took the time to accommodate the other patrons, I always had to somehow get their attention to get something.

Overall, based on their behavior, I get the feeling I was being judged, and subsequently treated differently than the other patrons for some reason.

I don't think Ill be returning to this establishment.

We had a Christmas lunch with neighbor and her friends. The food is ok but the thing that is memorable is the crescent rolls with sweet butter drissel provided as soon as you get drinks. No mimosa avaliable. The training waitress squeezed my lemon and put them in my water so I had to ask for water with lemons on the side. They put us in the back so we could not worry about bothering others with our small gift pour out on the table and grab exchange. I think this chain needs a reboot. Nothing to write home about as far as atmosphere.

Cheddars knows pastry! The rolls alone are worth the trip! But there's more! Monte Cristo, pot pies, and fish! Really love it ❤️

I recently ordered the Chicken Tender Family Meal from Cheddar’s, and unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. While the ordering process was smooth and the staff was polite, the quality of the food itself really missed the mark.

The sides were extremely skimpy and definitely not fresh. The mashed potatoes were thick, dry, and had the texture of something that had been sitting for a while. There was barely enough for two people, which is surprising considering it’s supposed to be a family meal. The broccoli casserole was another letdown. It was cold, and the broccoli itself was undercooked, making the dish unpleasant to eat.

The chicken tenders were okay, but the sides are a big part of the meal, it felt rushed and poorly prepared. For the price and the reputation Cheddar’s has, I expected much better quality and consistency.

Overall, the experience was far from satisfying. I’m hoping this was just an off day for the kitchen, because this meal didn’t reflect the standards Cheddar’s is known for. At this point, I’m not sure I’d order the family meal again unless improvements are made.

Worst experience in the restaurant ever. Waitress didn't get the drink orders right. Food was delivered to wrong table. Then trying to check out, the kiosk on the table combined our book and the table behind us bill together. After 10 minutes the waitress brought us a corrected bill that was still incorrect. Then had an for the dessert we ordered. Overall horrible experience.

The food was fine but our server was extremely slow, took 1 hr and 15 minutes to even come out and our drinks, which were just water, soda, and juice, took 30-45 minutes to just even come out. The server never truly attended us and other table by her that come before us immediately got there stuff while we are still waiting. I had to call over a different server twice for my gravy she said she will get and our desserts as well. Only when the other server was notified that she even came out to give our stuff. Our total time we had to stay in this restaurant was 2 hours, when it should’ve been 1 hour max. Terrible waitress, management needs to have a talk with her. The Webster Cheddars is way better with better service.
