Terri is a really gracious hostess, you guys are lucky to have her. I will say i prefer the condiments being out, but I'm not super fussy about it, I just hate bothering someone for salt. Great experience overall, very classy

I had a delivery catering order that never showed up for a COMPANY MEETING. When I came to the store they didn’t even know about my order and had to make the order on the spot and only gave me 50% off a instead of a full refund when I told them I wanted a full refund instead of 50% off. Food was COLD LOL, probably cause they were in a rush to fulfill my order, definitely not worth my $283.17 ever again! The manager never even apologized either, buy from here at your own risk !

I did a curbside order, said it would take 2-5 minutes and it took almost 10. Then I get my food and up to the light and my food is cold and full of salt after i asked for no salt. I've called the store 3 times no answer.

I came in at 640 , no one took my order as I was sitting so I got up and placed my ordered at 6:51 . I didn’t get my order till 7:23 . My order had been sitting in the take out area ? Why ? Idk to top it off my drink wasn’t even correct. I declined the cold food and they had my new order out in less than 3 minutes . That’s the whole point of fast food . I was provided a free brownie for my 35 minute dinner . if I wanted a brownie I would have purchased a brownie . Time is very valuable and important .

I was there last night, February 5th...the service was awful, a lot of people in the kitchen but I was waiting for my order to take out more then 35 minutes. I asked like 3 times to different workers about my food and they said it was almost ready, and it wasn't yet. I don't recommend this place at night.
