This is by far the slowest Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. While the staff is friendly, the food is sub par with my fries often not being hot despite my wait time, and the speed. That’s the major issue. I understand busy times but waiting 20 minutes in store for my takeout food is insane! Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. They definitely give the majority of their attention to the drive through.

Took almost 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru. And food wasn't very good or fresh compared to other Chick-fil-A locations. I would recommend driving further for better quality everything.

Okay I LOVE chick fil a but the last two times ive been i ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal and the first time my chicken was rubbery/chewy, I was too lazy to go back. I went back tonight, ordered the same thing....CHEWY. So I went BACK and asked for a new sandwich...I took a bite before leaving and it seemed fine, when I got home and got a couple more bites in...CHEWY!! This location has terrible chicken. I'll make the drive from now on to a different location.

Waited a lifetime for our order! Go somewhere else! I have NEVER been to a Chic-fil-a this disorganized. They brought our food and we were stuck in line and couldn’t get out.
I’m really disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location. Every time I come here, my fries are cold.On my most recent visit, I was also given unsweetened tea after clearly asking for sweet tea. This has happened on multiple occasions. What made it worse is that when I called to complain, they did very little to help or make it right. Even my 4 yearold daughter said her kids meal was gross and cold, which says a lot.

This location is horrible. Every single time I go there is something wrong with my order. On several occasions they’ve shorted me on my nuggets (4times). Eventually, I decided to call and speak with a manager. I got the run around 2 times until I finally made a complaint on the website. The regional mananger called me and comped my incorrect orders. I stopped going for a while but decided to try again today and today…my Sun-joy was literally water with a splash of tea for color at the top. I didn’t count the nuggets because we started eating them before I thought to but this is really just my last straw. This place will not see me again.
