Service is always stellar! Drive-thru line is usually long, but is ALWAYS the fastest line of any drive thru! Orders are ALWAYS correct! Love the attention to detail with food accuracy! Can't say that about any other fast food restaurant! ❤️

So, this happened in February 2025 on a Saturday this year.
I went in with my sister and her 3 kids into the facility. I ordered my food and I had gotten a large sprite, lite ice and 3 large cups of just ice. I shared the sprite with my nephew, and started eating on 1 jarge cup of ice and didn't think anything of it because I'm anemic and I crave ice. When I opened the cup, I thoughtt it was like a mistake when someone accidentally presses the orange soda machine and put it in the cup and I didn't think anything was wrong, just a mistake that time. I Finished that cup and the gotten home and my stomach started hurting a bit, of cramping etc, so I didn't think anything of it again and followed through with my night. As I was sleeping, it was still feeling funny and cramping to where I just kinda ignored it and continues on sleeping. The next day was Sunday, I went to church with a church member earlier that AM to help with there Black History program and carried my 2nd cup of ice and was eating the ice as I was working the kitchen. Then, when the church services ended, I rode back home with my sister and finally finished that cup of ice, but I noticed again that orange/ brownish color and thought the same thing, until that next day, I sat at the kitchen table with the cup and opened it and it was the same color is the other 2 and then it dawned on me that something is wrong. I called the CFA on Westlake Houston Atascocita location, told them with happened, the lady Laura or Lauren I think something like that. I told her what was happening and asked her was there any plumbing going on at the location, she said yes and stated that the facility should've been closed, but apparently not and had given me contaminated ice. She forwarded me to speak to her manager that was on duty and he gave me all the information as I did to him and he said that someone would contact me from there. I've waited awhile and nothing happened until I called them. Her name is Jessicar Benoit. She had given me so much ignorance to my emails, calls, etc. I had to speak to her boss just have her to call me back, and when she did, she only told me that she was getting some more information from someone and then gets back after about 3 weeks later after an email I sent again, stating how unprofessional she is, she then tells me that Chick Fil a wasn't liable for their mishaps and that was it. Such BS, Crap on CFA side as well as Sedgwick Insurance co reps end. No one wants to take responsibility of what happened, and here they are supposed to be so called Christians, what type of pleasure is that? For me to suffer in there behalf and not take full responsibility and owning up to being truthful and right? There are reports states that there was a water break/ plumbing records for that facility and day I went as well as others But, there greed in money and business to the public, they didn't close. The greed of the Americans

I ordered delivery through the Chick-fil-A app and it’s now taking over an hour for it to arrive. I’ve been trying to call the store to see if they can cancel it but no one is answering the phone. There is also not an option to do this online either.

I’m editing because the team lead was super apologetic and explained what was happening with their system within the app. The wait time online was incorrect. Nick the delivery driver was kind as well.

I ordered in the drive thru and while I was placing my order I started crying from something unrelated to Chick-fil-A that morning. The lady, Reagan, a young woman spoke to me so gently and even unexpectedly gave me emotional support. She was so kind that I had to leave a review. I come to this Chick-fil-A probably 4 times a week and she is the first person to ever make me legitimately feel like Chick-fil-A cares about me as a customer but also as a person. Thanks Reagan.

I don't know what has happened to this place, but it is a completely different place than what I remember from years ago. The food is not as good, the service is slow, it is not as friendly, and mistakes are being made frequently that never used to happen at all. Just this last time I asked for light ice on my iced tea and I am sitting here with a warm tea right now. Light ice does not mean I want a warm tea. I also don't like that. They shove the chicken minis in the boxes now so some of them are mushy and deformed. It used to be a well-oiled machine, now it's just like any other fast food place. Hit or Miss. Disappointed.

Don’t do a delivery order from this store. Don’t even try to contact this store. This is the worst store I’ve ever been to and that says a lot for Chick-fil-A. They absolutely have no customer service at this store. You might as well just go to McDonald’s or Walmart you’ll get better customer service at those places. They even canceled my delivery order with no explanation after it took almost 2 hours to update and say the delivery was on its way and then 15 minutes after it said that I get a message it says issue with delivery canceled. No phone call no communication from this store. I even tried to call the store several times didn’t answer the phone so my advice don’t even eat this Chick-fil-A because if they don’t care about this, then they probably don’t care about how they make the food and you’ll probably end up getting food poisoning.

Put a delivery order in for the first time for this location. Big mistake, misleading times and they actually seemed to have no intention of delivering my order. Not sure if I was just too far or what, but they don’t even bother to tell you if they decide not to make your order. Just order from Summerwood ir Fall Creek instead.

I ordered just a peach milkshake (my pregnancy craving in this summer heat). The girl who took my order was lovely and kind. But then I proceeded to have 3-4 cars behind me, most with large bulk orders, all get their food and drive off while I sat pulled forward waiting for my one milkshake… they had to come and ask for my name and order again. I think they weren’t communicating well between inside and who was delivering at the window. They were probably looking for a bag order and never stopped to consider someone might only order a drink. So it took about 10 minutes from the time I ordered one milkshake to the time I left. Slowest experience I have ever had at chick fil a.
