10 out of 10, they always give the best service. Fast, fresh, hot Food. If there’s a problem, they’re always quick to fix it without making you feel like you’re inconveniencing them.
Quality has really declined at this location. Also the customer service is bad. The last time I was there they lost my ticket and I sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. Poor customer service and even worse managers -- I would recommend going to another location. You will have less issues.

I’ve gone to this chic fil a a lot and every time there is something wrong with my order. Whether it’s old coffee, cold fries, crusty hash browns, or just super slow wait times. Even the service is spotty most of the time. Now if I want chic fil a I’m going to kingswood.

The James guy that works in the drive through was rude and we had to repeat ourselves 5 times he tried to end our order before we were done and then he didn't give us our sauce and made our order say we wanted fries with no salt he had a horrible attitude.

People were friendly, clean environment, however they come to your table to serve you. They don’t have a system so we waited 20 min on my daughter’s 1 hour lunch break and they forgot her Mac and cheese. Outside of the strange table service at a fast food restaurant the experience was good.
