I just wanted whip cream added onto my frosted drinks but when I asked employees Paola and Cynthia they both said "No, that whip cream doesn't go on frosted drinks."

I got curbside and there was no condiments. The stated that they were out of ketchup. She also had an attitude. But the food was delicious.

Wife and I were waiting on a store here at the Mall to open (10:15AM) so we decided to have an early lunch.
Wife had their chicken nuggets while I got the 3 piece chicken strips. The delightful lady working behind the counter was absolutely amazing and a total delight, very personable and friendly.
Food was excellent as always, thank you all for the hospitality given while we were there.

I ordered their classic Chicken Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious- perfectly crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor! The waffle fries were crispy and golden, just the way I like them. The service was quick, the staff were friendly the whole experience was excellent!

I went to buy CFA recently and while I was waiting for my food I couldn’t help but over hear this worker name “Cynthia” disrespect her crew members in front of customers! , they need to talk to her and learn how to respect her crew members and not only to the customers.It seems like she was a higher up if it is there should be some type of discipline because it doesn’t seem like it was her first time doing this because they seem to be uncomfortable around her.

I attempted to purchase two medium drinks as I have done numerous times before at this location in Deerbrook Mall. However this time I was informed that i would need to purchase an additional food item as well in order to get medium drinks. Per the employee this was due to a new policy change. She would be able to sell me a small drink if I did not want to purchase anything else. Chick-fil-A if this information is accurate this a ridiculous policy. A customer should not be required to purchase more than what they want.
