Order chicken strip when got my order it wasn't strips, burnt chunks. Not happy for 11.17 of crappy food , my grandson didn't complain so I just left he's 9 what horrible experience we had to go through after walking through 40 degree weather just to get serve horrible food very disappointed never never going to chic filet near beltway 8 exit wilson in Humble, Tx I didn't want to embarrassed my grandson because I want him to be responsible and respectful around a restaurant.

WORST CFA in the humble area by far no curbside so the wait is always a pain ordered breakfast through the app got there at 10:25?by the apps and my order was cancelled due to not being seen till 10:35 when I called to inform the manager he told me order cute pick up the next time but there won’t be it’s too much hassle

I visited this location today and quite frequently and was disappointed yet again by how slow the drive-thru service was. Even though there are multiple lanes available, only one was open. Causing an unnecessary backup and a long wait for everyone in line.
When I asked if the other lane could be opened, the staff told me the owner refuses, to open the other lane. Mind you this is the exact location that was closed down for 6+ months to add the extra lane for this location. It felt like the situation could easily be improved with better management decisions.
I hope the location considers utilizing all available lanes during busy times to provide faster and more efficient service. I enjoy this restaurant, but the slow drive-thru and unwillingness to open the second lane makes this visit frustrating when wanting to grad a quick bite.
I went to Chick Fil A to try the holiday drinks. I order myself a Grilled Chicken with a Peppermint Milkshake. The food was great. It came out in good timing. Unfortunately, they didn’t brought out my drink yet. They took so long to bring it to my table. I went up to the staff to ask for my drink and they said they will bring out shortly. 5 minutes later, one of the employees told me that someone was supposed to make my drink but they didn’t make it. So I said it was fine and thought she was going to my drink. Though she didn’t. I waited for 10 minutes for my drink and then had to go ask the manager if they made my drink. He gave it right away, which I think drinks shouldn’t take that long to be made. But everything else was great and the food was delicious.

The drive-thru experience here is the worst I’ve ever had. The line is always ridiculously long, and even though they expanded and added a second lane, it’s always closed. If you can avoid this drive-thru, please do. Just drive three more minutes to the Summerwood location—there’s never a line there. This is just absurd.
