Disappointed in the customer service at this location. The half-filled large fries I ordered were overcooked and cold at the same time giving them the constancy of potato leather. These fries were intended to be shared by my children aged 1 and 3 and were not suitable for consumption. My wife went to go complain only to be turned away by the Manager as “That’s just how they come”. I went to talk to the manager and crumbled the fries in front of him and said look, we eat Chick-Fil-A all the time, we know these are not correct, please replace them. He did eventually replace them and the next order I got was hot/fresh/what I would expect. The fact we had argue twice over fries is ridiculous and honestly ruined our experience.

Now this what you call lazy !!! I asked for a sandwich with cheese and bacon…. The cheese didn’t make it onto the biscuit I see, and it looks throw together …. Not to mention the wait for your food is crazy long

This was my first time coming to this location considering the other chick fil a by my house was busy and as soon as I got into the drive thru the girl that was supposed to help me in my lane wasn’t even paying attention so the girl helping the other lane ran to us to take our order and as I was ordering I was thinking our order wasn’t going to have any problems meanwhile she was paying more attention to my boyfriend instead of taking my order right, I asked for 12 chick fil a sauces and when I received my food they didn’t give me any as if I hadn’t asked for any,and I ordered my other Sandwhich with cheese and their was no cheese on it and I can’t even start with the drink the whole cup was filled with ice to the rim their was hardly any soda in their never coming again to this chick fil a save your money and go somewhere else. These employees try to flirt with their customers instead of doing their job. Karina was the one who took my order and didn’t do a professional job this is the wrong place to be trying to act cute for customers!!

Slowest location ever and got my order wrong and told me I ordered wrong
I spend a LOT OF MONEY HERE!!.. I appreciate them, for ALWAYS being there for my kiddos for lunch and dinner. They like this place soooo much.
Been too many Chick-fil-A in Houston, been to this certain location three times, and the wait is ridiculous I have never spent over 20 minutes in a drive-thru. It's ridiculous
Just a quick stop for a large iced tea, 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet. They always do a perfect blend of the rwo.

This location is not consistent as other locations. The food I received was not correct and not hot.
It seemed like to me the orders were made ahead of time or was someone else’s order.
This happened to me, in the morning, back to back days.
You may be disappointed if you are expecting to grab breakfast on the go from this location.
Kids are not going through a drive-thru at 6:30 am in the morning, stop using shortcuts.

You have to open back up soon. We miss your store and employees. The rest of the stores in the area do not compare to your customer service. The summerwood store is the worst.
Terrible customer service. Waited for someone to take our order and no one came. When I went to tell one of the workers, Will, he started cutting me off to talk to another coworker and audibly said I was complaining.

I've never had a bad service experience at any Chick-fil-A but the food quality is going down as the prices increase. I don't eat there often but I had a taste for tenders yesterday. I definitely wasted $13. I can't fairly grade the atmosphere bc I ordered curbside & was charged a $1 for using the app.
