I’ve gotten my order back incorrectly multiple times and the receipt clearly states what was ordered. Food was cold and fries were extra salted when I specified no salt. Seth has taken the order each time. I’m not sure what’s going on with correspondence between the workers and customers receiving the proper order but it needs to be corrected.

Dear Mr. D Johnston,I’ve been living fall creek and going to this Chick-fil-A since 2012 I can honestly say this is one of the better tasting Chick-fil-A’s in the Houston area.But….The service has taken a nose dive recently.Several orders the past months have been incomplete (missing items) and I had to go back for my food which is a real pain. Just today (which prompted this review) they forgot 2 large fries and I had to go back in 100 degree weather and 3 kids in tow. There were 3 teenage workers standing at the pickup area with their butts facing the car and their heads in the store ! And when I came back for my friend not a single “my bad” or “my apologies” or “I’m sorry” …they seemed annoyed and bothered I had the nerve to come back and ask for my fries!Too many teenagers standing around socializing instead of working. As a business owner myself, I understand you want low priced labor (teenage workers) but it has to be said …service and professionalism has went down the drain.- “signature member” …if that matters at all.

I love everything about Chick-Fil-A . My granddaughter calls it Chicken-Fil-A. Awesome customer service. We order our meal on the app and it being storming and mean-raining pretty hard but one of the team leaders called me to let me know that the delivery will be delayed until the weather improves..I appreciate that call because it gave me the opportunity to wait or cancel my order.Awesome Team in Humble, Tx., Wilson rd. we love it this place

2nd time. Ordered online and the app tells you there is an issue but the card is charged. Whenever you try to call, the line is busy. So frustrating for the online piece. We don’t know if they received the order or not.3rd time ordering through the app 9/21/2023. Submitted order at 8:01, here it is 9:12pm and my order still says preparing and the store closes at 10. I will not be ordering from the app or through this location. I’ve given it enough chances and each time is disappointing.

I ended up leaving this place because the line was at a standstill. 10 mins and I was still in the same spot....so I reversed and got out of there to make my hair appt. Ended up ordering through doordash. My food was great. I always pass this location because the drive thru line never moves.

I would like to put no star in the review but I can’t unfortunately. The food here is horrible the chicken turns out all burned and greasy. Not to mentioned the employee at the drive-thru Dani who gave me the wrong order. I hope the owners starts putting more attention to this place.
