Trey was my waiter and served my Family and I very well! I LIKE this chili's.. its better than a lot others. The atmosphere was chill not too noisy and felt comfy.

Hostess sat us and nobody came for 15 min. Tried to give them a couple minutes of grace but ended up leaving.

This was my second and very last time visiting this location. The first time I came, the service was poor, but I decided to give them another opportunity. Unfortunately, this visit was even worse than the first.
As a store manager for a very large corporation, I understand how busy locations can become, especially during peak hours. I also recognize that there are often behind-the-scenes factors guests may not see. Because of this, I am typically more patient and understanding than most customers. However, what occurred during this visit was completely unacceptable by any reasonable standard.
When my wife and I arrived, we waited approximately 15 minutes before a host acknowledged us and seated us. What made this especially frustrating was that there was no one else waiting at the hostess stand at the time. It was just us, yet we were still ignored for an extended period. Despite this, we remained patient and gave the staff the benefit of the doubt.
After being seated, the situation only worsened. We sat at our table for over 30 minutes without a single team member stopping by. No one greeted us, took a drink order, or acknowledged our presence in any way. It genuinely felt as though we were invisible.
During this time, we observed staff moving throughout the restaurant and attending to other areas, yet no one took responsibility for our table. We also observed employees taking personal phone calls and texting while on the floor, which made the lack of attention to guests even more concerning. A simple acknowledgment or brief explanation would have gone a long way, but we received nothing. After waiting far longer than any guest should ever have to, we got up and left. At that point, it was clear our business was not valued.
After leaving this location, we went to the Humble location near Deerbrook. There, we were quickly acknowledged, seated, and served without any issues. This clearly demonstrates that the experience we had at this location is not reflective of the brand as a whole, but rather a failure specific to this store.
This experience reflects a serious lack of leadership and accountability. Service failures of this magnitude do not occur without breakdowns in management. Basic operational expectations such as floor awareness, table coverage, and guest engagement were clearly absent. If I were to receive a complaint like this at my own store, I would be questioning both staff performance and leadership effectiveness.
To the General Manager of this location, your team is a direct reflection of you. The service we experienced shows a significant failure in training, supervision, and overall guest care. This issue should be thoroughly addressed, as it is unacceptable and damaging to the brand.
We will not be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously so that other guests do not experience the same level of neglect

I went with my family to celebrate and they ignored us completely!!!!
They give us a table and all the staff were walking and they didn’t give us any service!

The waitress Jayla was so friendly and sweet she made sure we was okay and made sure our food was good I definitely recommend going and asking for Jayla as ur waitress you will love your experience

I ordered two of the 10:99 quarter pounders and they were awful the edges of the hamburger patty was hard and burnt and dried out an cold the fries were also cold it was like it had been sitting up are and order someone else didn't want the burger and fries were nasty just upsetting that you pay for food you can't enjoy and eat
I haven't been to ANY Chilis in almost 3yrs!! I get bad service, write a review, they ask I come back. Smh. Today I went to do a to go order. The staff turned to look at me as I walked in. I advised that I needed to place an order. The MOD was not friendly or welcoming AT ALL. She stood there and I felt rushed as I looked at the menu. She also made a smart remark when I questioned an item on the menu. Now I remember WHY I stopped eating at Chilis..no matter how many years in between I visit..service STILL STINKS! This locations 3.7 rating fits them perfectly!

Beat service ever I highly recommend for you guys to try it out for yourself. I recommend Alex best server I have encountered in a long time great friendly and on point customer service great recommendation for menu items very amazing and highly recommend service.
