***** Updated Review****This place use to be great but now every time I go in there there is an issue. Tonight, I couldnt sit at a bar table, was told why, so I ordered to go. When I went to to go noone was there and I waited, finally someone came and he act as if he was unhappy to take my order and he walked off before the transaction was complete. I can say my food was ready fast but when I received it my Chipotle bowl looked like a kids meal so I requested a refund for that portion of my order and was told that it would be done but wasn't given any kind of supporting information to prove to the next manager if it wasn't done. Another manager did come to the checkout to do something and she actually smile and talked to me, and I told her my concerns, she was the FIRST PERSON OUT OF THE 5 THAT PASSED ME, INCLUDING THE GUY TAKING MY ORDER that actually made me feel like the 40.00 I was spending was worth it, well until I received it.As you can see I have alot to say but this is only because I didn't do the review the last two bad visits so I wasn't someone to know because I love Chili's and spend alot of money here between food and alcoholic beverages.

Mona who was our waitress was very polite and welcoming. Friendly and a good server check on us and made sure we were all set. Drinks and meal was great and we enjoyed our meal. Thanks Mona and chilis for a great time.

Food was raw, server did not even bother asking me how I want my sliders, that’s if they’re even supposed to ask. Knew chili’s was know for they bad reputation in food, and this just confirmed it.

Everytime I go to this location to pick up food, I have to always nearly go in the kitchen to get service. Went to this location Monday, the staff was playing, cussing each out loudly and no one came to the register to help the customers. Very unprofessional.

Tje place was buzzing!
Great service 👏 but food was just not up to par.
Ordered an appetizer and came out, with cold sliders and tue mozzarella squares not quite melting 🙃.
On top of that the entry came.out eight away,
with the chicken not thoroughly cooked!
Also the beef fajita was really tough and fatty.
I did mention to the manager the small complaints, and she offered an apology and gave me a discount.
I was happy and left a good tip!

This place is a prime example why I don’t eat out,but it was my birthday and my family wanted to dine there.I’m allergic to black pepper and I let the server know that and guess what? I ate corn with black pepper!! Spoke to a manager /Ashley who was very nice and apologetic as well Madi our Server she was nice and she apologized for the mistake as well, I’ve since been trying to reach out to the general manager Elizabeth Martinez left her a voicemail and she has yet to return my call. When you have allergies to certain foods and then you consume that food it can be very dangerous!!And rude staff make it worse/Anaya was very rude!! So hopefully The GM will contact me soon, my contact information was given.We shall see

No too crowded and the food was not hot or warm. We had to send our food back to be microwaved. They did apologize. The waitress charged us what SHE WANTED for us to tip her. My sister's were not having it but I went on and paid mine because I knew that I wasn't going back.

This was very upsetting when you really look forward to a meal due to you not being able to go out all the time. The waiter was not even there she got our order and forgot our food someone else brought it back and I didn’t get my order neither did my baby we had to sit and watch my family eat and I was just so upset. She never checked on us we never got refills we were really thirsty and our bill was over 118 dollars. She seemed very careless and she should be fired even I as a formal server can do better than this. This is unacceptable

This location seems a bit understaffed each time we come in, but the employees are always friendly. I wasn't too pleased with my food. I ordered a Triple Dipper. I tried the Nashville Hot mozzarella, the honey-chipolte wings, and the big mouth bites. The big mouth bites were good, but I guess the mozzarella sticks were dipped/ soaked in the sauce and not drained, they simply put them on the paper in the serving tray, with the sauce flowing all over the paper, soaking the bottom. The wings were put on the paper in the tray, and the sauce was poured on top of them. So the sauce from the mozzarella and the wings were running together. I had to remove the mozzarella and place them on napkins to pat the excess sauce off them, soak the excess from tray's paper, and then mix the wings in their sauce. I feel they should've drained the mozzarella and tossed the wings in the sauce BEFORE placing them on the paper in the serving tray to bring out to me. Rather than complain, I did the best I could on my own, paid my bill, and we left. I try not to send food back and complain I simply just don't return.

Our waitress Lavonie didn't check on us. I told her no bell pepper and she took the onions off my skillet too. We had to ask other waiters to help us and they put rice on a sizzling skillet. It took me some time to get a waiters to get a spoon. She also added things to our order that we never got or ordered.
