Worst location. Ordered curbside and got home and realized my burger was missing the bacon I paid for. I called to tell them and then bought it back and they first didn’t want to remake my whole meal but the burger so I asked for a refund. That’s when they decided to remake my whole meal after giving a dumb excuse on why they was able to. So I waited for about 10 mins and they bought it back out but I realized it was the same patty n all because I broke a piece of meat off so I could notice it and you could tell the cheese that was melted on it was old . They put a whole bunch of old pieces of bacon on top. Only reason I kept it was because I was hungry. Will not be returning to this location. I didn’t even post about my first visit but this location don’t care about they customers.

As soon as we walked, an older lady asked us how many were in our party. When we said seven she snorted and started having a terrible attitude and stated to her her coworker how much more “work” it was gonna be for her. She then started slamming menus and started huffing and puffing as she tried walking towards a table. I get that it’s tough everywhere. People are overworked and places are understaffed but this lady’s attitude was beyond unprofessional and RUDE. We promptly turned around and LEFT on 3/24/24 at around 2:25pm. Chilis can check the cameras and confirm our experience. We took our party of seven to Big City Wings where they gave us better service.

3pm lunch date with my littles. Not busy so we were able to enjoy ourselves. As I am teaching my kids restaurant etiquette a server came over and let us choose our spot, guided us through our order being patient as we wrestle back and forth about the picture guide kids meals. Didn't feel rushed and have full view of all the tvs. Jordan was an Amazing server. His co worker I think Victoria was her name, did great. Between the two of them the adjustments for mytoddlers made, it was a great experience over all. We don't go out much bc my daughter is autistic but we surely will be coming back again. Thank you guys!Kid-friendliness: Loved the experience with my 3yr and 4yr olds.

Went in for dinner and was brought two margaritas we didn't ask for along with a water and two sprites think they were complementary cause we didn't order that and was forced to pay for it at the end of the service. Paying for there mistakes.....

I am so sad and disappointed. I don’t normally eat out but I really didn’t feel like cooking after a long day of work. I have been craving chilis but didn’t have the energy to go eat at the restaurant so I ordered pickup. $50 for the fam. After waiting over the amount of time the app suggested, I had called for a status update. They said they were waiting on the triple dipper. Okay cool no problem I understand. 20 minutes later I am still waiting so I call back asking for an update, proceeded to be left on hold for over 10 minutes then comes back telling me they’re about to bring it out. Of course I ask if it’s at least fresh after waiting over an hour for my food and he said yes that it all just got done. Well, I was lied to lol. I got the dip trio and the queso had already gotten extremely thick and cold and the guacamole was brown. In the triple dipper the cheese in the mozzarella sticks already hardened and both the sticks and egg rolls were soggy. I got a chicken sandwich and the whole chicken patty and bun was wet, mushy, and so soggy. It was literally inedible I swear I almost threw up from the texture. The old timer with cheese was severely dry he had to drench it in ranch to make it edible. And the fries had already got soggy and had that leftover texture to them. I wish I could say something good because I’ve always loved chilis. But for $50 to go down the drain and I didn’t even get to eat my food? I’m just so disappointed and wish something could be done about it.
