Kate was the best server I have ever had i my life. I have been in the service industry for 28 years and have never encountered such a cheery, bubbly and attentive personality. From the moment she arrived the entire atmosphere lightened. As a manager I would absolutely do anything to have an employee like her. She should be considered for more within the business. She is an asset.

My recent visit to Chili's was a major disappointment, and it's safe to say I won't be returning anytime soon. We decided to give their fajitas a try, but the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. The tortillas arrived as a sticky, congealed blob, completely stuck together, which made it impossible to even separate them without tearing them apart. This was a clear sign of poor preparation and a lack of care in the kitchen. The main components of the fajitas were no better. The chicken was dry and stringy, completely devoid of any seasoning or flavor. The peppers and onions were limp and greasy, lacking the vibrant, sizzling quality you expect from a fajita platter. It tasted like they had been sitting around for a long time before being served. The entire meal felt rushed and poorly executed, a far cry from the Chili's I remember. For the price we paid, the lack of quality and attention to detail was frankly unacceptable. It's truly disappointing to see a once-reliable restaurant sink to such a low standard.
I was pretty disgusted with the bathrooms. I'm talking, poop on the wall, the smell was awful and the sink was covered in grime. Floors are sticky and clearly dirty, the overall restaurant has a bad smell..
