Disappointed again. I wanted a ribeye, they were out, settled for a sirloin with loaded potatoes. The potatoes were cold. They bought me a warm side. I lost my appetite by then, as I'm eating the steak, I noticed the A1 was expired. I bought it to the managers attention, she compared the other bottles and said it may have been a typo because they were all from the same batch. I told her I have a Food Manager Certification and no, someone isn't doing their job checking the condiments. This is the second bad experience with this location. I didn't pay for the meal and didn't take it with me. It was a birthday dinner and dessert at that. I did get the dessert which was the Reese's pie. I would suggest that.
It was great. I don't know why there's nobody there but the staff was super kind and accommodating. Food was good and fresh and we couldn't it all.

Went to this place while out shopping with my son. First thing i noticed is that most of the staff was very young. They took a long time to send a waiter to our table after being seated. They brought my dish first and I didn't realize through our conversation that I was done with my dinner and they still haven't brought out my son's dinner. I asked for waitress and she was surprised that my son's plate never arrived. She returned back to kitchen and 5 minutes later, she returned with my son's dinner plate. POOR MANAGEMENT.

The service during our visit was fairly good—our server was attentive, polite, and did their best. However, the overall experience was negatively impacted by one major issue: we were given plastic utensils because the restaurant said they did not have silverware available. For a sit-down restaurant like Chili’s, serving full meals (burgers, salads, hot food), plastic cutlery is not acceptable. This isn’t fast food or take-out. Eating a burger and salad with flimsy plastic forks significantly lowers the dining experience and feels unprofessional for a restaurant at this price point. Food presentation and service standards matter. If there’s a shortage of silverware, that’s an internal operational issue that shouldn’t be passed on to the customer. Pros: • Friendly, attentive server • Food was decent Cons: • No real silverware provided • Plastic utensils are unacceptable for dine-in service I hope management addresses this, because while the staff was good, this detail makes a big difference and affects whether I’d return.

Food was decent, service was pretty great! Our server and others were helpful and on top of drink refills and extra condiments. A solid 4 stars!! Went in the late afternoon on a Tuesday. Kind of an odd time, but service was still good and attentive!

Grace was really quick and efficient she was really nice I love this chilis because of Grace she’s awesome the food was great!
Had on Ol'Timer burger which was great...crisp toppings & seasoned well! Tried to pay my tab with the pos terminal on the table and It didn't work after using 3 different cards! Had to let the waitress to use my card on a different terminal... Had to wait quite a while (more than 10 minutes) to get my food but it was very good when it arrived...

All in all it was pretty good. The food was a little bit soggy. I got the bbq quesadillas which were good just a little soggy from the grease maybe. The service was good just a little busy. Tables seem so close together thats why atmosphere got a 4 star.

Cold front moved in while we were shoppjng & popped into Thd Lounge for the Skillet Cookie ($9.99 2 people) & ended up adding the Very Merry Marg ($6 in Dec)! for the life of me i cannot remember our waitress' name (no-nonsense, late-ish 20's jet black hair, gorgeous eyes) but she was friggin awesome. Perfect end to a perfect Family Thrift Store shoppjng spree for cold weather clothes
