Every time I order delivery from this Chipotle they never put vinaigrette on the side for an order of the salad. This will be the 4th time this happened. I’m not sure how you can eat a salad without its dressing but 4 times of this happening doesn’t seem like a coincidence. I either always put it in the comment section of my order or make sure I txt my delivery person to make sure there’s vinaigrette and never get it.

I absolutely hate going to this location, it’s always something. With it being right around the corner from the House, I find it delulu to drive to the one in Deerbrook but everything from the food, to the service is so much better than this location. I’m convinced to be hired here they require you to be the miserable person on earth. The pinto beans are never cooked properly and when asked for a small gauc on the side, the guy put one small spoon and that’s it. When asked to fill it, his response was that the lid won’t close if he does. I’m an OTR truck driver and go state to state eating chipotle and never have I never heard such a sorry excuse as to why he refused to give me to proper amount of gauc. Matter of fact! I’ve never even had this issue nor have I never even had to ask. Third, I’m now PO now because this same person didnt give me my receipt so that I can get points on my app. I’m so over still location and will avoid going forward. Super vibe k1ll3r

We ate there for a Swim Team fundraiser, and we received a flier and presented like the flier instructed everyone, but they didn't give us credit for the meals unless we ordered online. The manager was non english speaking and the cashier just told us nothing they could do about it.

The service was poor, and on top of that! The black beans were spoiled. I told the lady in the beginning of the service and she said they are like that. Well people when you see alot of bubbles they are spoiled and they taste spoiled. The portion of the food is very small for the amount they charge. Very unsatisfied. Will never eat there again.

They are back on their bs again 😂 seems like they need to be put on blast on tiktok again for them to start giving at least a decent amount of meat on the bowls/burritos because even the person in front of me got barely anything like it comes out of the employees paycheck 🤣🤦‍♂️ oh yeah and on top of that we had to ask them to put more rice because there was barely any in the bowl smfh!

I didn’t eat here, but I’ll never come here because I read ur reviews that were MOSTLY 1 star, y’all have the 1 scoop policy and give out 1 smalls ass scoop and have the nerve to say “IT EXTRA FOR ANOTHER” ur woman manager obviously sucks if she has that many bad reviews 💀 I don’t even need to waste my time at this location, FIXS UR SERVICE AND YALL’s ATTITUDE and y’all will have better reviews

My husband and I went to this location to grab some food. The service of the team was awesome but the MANAGER on duty had bad customer service. I tell the manager that the carbonation is out for the fountain drinks and can I just get the bottle of sprite in the refrigerator as a replacement . He told me that I had to wait and no he can not do that. He never apologized. He was very arrogant and rude af. I did not know that chipotle customer service was that bad. Mind you we already had paid for a 50 dollar meal but than you want me to wait for you to put carbonation in the sprite and coke. That’s not customer service and you never apologized MANAGER. I was at the 7814 fm 1960 East, Humble, Tx location. The manager made me pay for the bottle of sprite and told me no again. I’m very disappointed that I received this type of treatment from chipotle. This was around 7pm tonight. Also the guacamole is really bad. No seasoning at all and I got charge for it. I had to remove the guacamole. It was so so bad that I did not even finish my food. Very big disappointment

Very disappointed! It’s nurses week and I was told by many nurse friends that chipotle was showing appreciation by giving an RN a free burrito. When I get there, I am told it’s only for teachers at this location. Super disappointing and hurtful. Nurses keep people alive, why wouldn’t we be celebrated too? I won’t be back here.

I was so excited to use my teacher appreciation coupon for a free burrito only to be told by customer service it’s “online only”. When I asked why? Customer service had no answer. Another customer service person came over and said, “this is for either online or for another store”. I was confused because I teach in Atascocita where I received the coupon and went to the Atascocita Chipotle store? When I got home I looked at the coupon again to see if I made a mistake. It states TEACHER APPRECIATION WERK 5/5-5-9 - nothing about online. This was very disappointing and customer service didn’t seem to care about the Teacher Appreciation coupon. I probably won’t be visiting my local Chipotle store for awhile.

The manager Lucia tried to overcharge me for my burrito has double steak then had to remake it and made it chicken so I had to wait in line twice to get one burrito then gave me an ugly attitude and refused to give me my receipt. Terrible management here.
