The head lady today, Hispanic older woman, was very rude. We told her the gentleman prepping the food gave us the wrong quantity, we had specifically asked for double meat, which was pastor and barbacoa. He serves us double pastor, and a serving of barbacoa, which would mean we are charged for 3 meats. We only ordered 2. Their training asks them to specify, double or half and half? When someone asks for two meats. Because they go based off a single serving system. We asked for two single servings. The lady blamed us and said, were you not watching him serve it? And I responded, that’s not our responsibility. She settled after that, but it shouldn’t take me telling you it’s not our job to understand one of your staff made a simple mistake.

When I tell you this place is rat infested I’m talking about the staff. It’s like they all were being terrible on purpose, I thought I was on a tv show. The door said they opened at 10:45 but they unlocked it at 1056. But that wasn’t the part that bothered me. The food was stale like it had sat out all night. The rice was crunchy and the lettuce was old.. then the manager tried to force me to tip.. I was going to tip in cash but she charged me for extra chips and cheese when I only got chips. The guy that unlocked the door had an attitude like a child. Never going back
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I was insulted on my weight and was cursed at. As soon as I interacted with Genesis I could tell she was un happy and not friendly. I inconvenienced her by having a request on my bowl, she spoke under her breath and I told her that if she didn’t want to help me she could have someone else help me. The manager also misspoke to me for defending myself. I would hope Chipotle wouldn’t want an employ like that.

I am absolutely disgusted with chipotle in atascocita right now. I ordered a burrito bowl. Their was bugs in the lettuce, and hair in the food. I couldn't get a picture of the big because it jumped out of the bowl!!!!! But I got one of the hair. I will not be returning to chipotle. I'm not one to write bad reviews I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this isn't the first time I've had this happen.

Now I must admit this I didn't start off being a chipotle lover I had it a couple times and found it disappointing but lately I went back, and I tried to bowl which consist of black beans. The Carnitas mixed with the Barbacoa with some of the queso with guacamole oh my goodness life changer. I hadn't had it like that before. It was really impressed. Also notice that they have salad options now and a couple more meat options so I'll definitely be back. As far as you're dying in options, it's pretty much standard fair. However, if you take it home, it holds up well and it also held up to reheating. I do recommend if you are traveling home with your food that you don't make sure lettuce in right away it tends to wilt and also put your case on the side so when you get it home it's a nice cheesy experience service was fast friendly very efficient answered all my restaurant was clean definitely a thumbs up!!
