Stingy just like most of the other reviews say I think the employees are just lazy and don’t want to have to cook more food it’s disappointing I give this certain location 5 big thumbs down hopefully one day they can receive my patent pending five big booms but this day is not today 👎👎👎👎👎

Don’t bother ordering delivery from this location or any, since it was delivery they’ll try to give you the least amount of portion, I ordered extra steak & chicken but only got three pieces of chicken and no steak.Plus the rice was undercooked.

What’s the point of paying for double chicken if they are going to give you 1 and 1/2 scoops and then tell you they will need to charge you for 2x double scoops if they give you the other half of your first double portion. This place is a joke and then the staff has the nerve to get rude with you as if the chicken is coming out of their pay checks! If I wanted a damn salad I would go to salata! I don’t want 5 scoops of rice loaded with lettuce cheese beans and sour cream with a pinch of protein . Of all companies going bankrupt and closing down all stores should def be this company. Price gouging! For reference hers my double chicken bowl

Dont eat here if you value your money. They're super stingy with the meat I asked the lady for half chicken half steak and she gave me as little of each as she could then when I pointed out that she hadnt even given me a true half spoon of each she said if I want double meat I have to pay, but that wasnt double it wasnt even a true single serving. Then when I asked for piko she gave me 2 huge spoonfuls and when I asked her to take some off she just threw the whole burrito away she didnt even set it aside that couldve been a meal for someone less fortunate!! So its not okay for them to give you a little extra meat but its okay to throw away a perfectly good meal? Doesnt make sense. We had 2 burritos they literally have no meat inside 30$ for guac and rice is crazy

I ordered through UberEats and was willing to give leeway for my food being cold however, the cheese wasn’t even melted so that tells me it wasn’t hot to begin with. They also got one of my orders wrong. The rice was HARD and the beans were undercooked as well. I will never be ordering from this location again.

I'm done with Chipotle. They cut down on the portion servings on meats only. But on the sides, they overload u to blend in. But they raise the price even more to give u less meats.

RUDE customer service
I normally don’t like to make posts like these but today, 03/05/25, around 6:30pm we encountered a rude and disrespectful “manager”. After I found a large long hair in my food, I went to the lady at the register to tell her and asked for her to re make my bowl when she rudely said it was my own hair since they all have their hair up. The “manager” refused to re make my food or reimburse my money as she was sure it was my own hair, it couldn’t have been mine since it was mixed with all the food and I had barely open it to start eating. She left me there talking by myself because she was on the phone. The two ladies you see in the second picture were also making fun of the situation by saying that they were not going to give me another bowl and telling me to leave as the “manager” was busy on the phone. They made this a huge deal in front of other customers and it was embarrassing. Unfortunately I didn’t get to take a picture of the hair in my food. After reading a few reviews on google I realized that I’m not the first to have a bad experience with them, so please save you money and time and go elsewhere.

Food is good. I been here at this location few times and There is not enough staff to make the proteins like they call it. The CSR that served us, had to go to the back to get our meat. Then the CSR finished our bowls and went back to make more bowls for other customers and we were left waiting to be charged for a good long time.
A cashier was checking transactions on like 30 or more receipts, didn’t even say, please wait or I’ll be with you shortly. All of the sudden the place got full of clients and we were all waiting because the cashier was still checking receipts, finally after a good while the guy that did our bowls, charged us so we can go. They noticed I grabbed the managers business card and the girl that kept checking receipts gave me a look and she knew then I was not going to give a good review. I do not like to give bad reviews but managers need to know how staff handles their business when they are not around.

My food portion was small but ok good taste for me was good management was horrible Priscilla was very rude and unprofessional when asked for a refund for queso that tasted terrible and chips that went with it and refused to give me my receipt said it’s there policy to keep it

Chipotle staff was VERY RUDE. Attitude of staff was very dismissive and impatient. Even my children noticed how Chipotle staff was very pleasant to OTHER customers but not to us.
