The line worker got stuff wrong. I asked for pastor chicken, he put pork on my bowl. Rather than throwing it away and starting fresh, he just removed the pork when he realized his mistake. Then, I asked for salsa and lime juice on the side so I could add to my liking but he put it straight on the bowl. Didn’t want to spend more time, so I let it go.At the very end, the person ringing up my order told me “we accept cash tips if you’re feeling generous” while pointing at a bucket. This was so tacky and ridiculous. Everyone wants a tip these days. I’m a teacher, should I be asking my students and parents for tips too?

This is second time in a row we've ordered burrito bowl where they maybe put a 1/2 ounce of meat on it. I never take the time to leave negative reviews but this location completely rips you off on meat. I called and spoke to manager - told her I didn't want anything in return but wanted her to know people will stop going to that location if this continues. Definitely my last time.

I’ve had it with this location. It’s always something with them. I’m honestly just over Chipotle. I had the worst experience here. I’ve only been to this location 3 times. Out of the 3 times its been hell. The staff give so much attitude and just do you any kind of way. I mean from eye rolls, to laughing you off it’s just a mess here! This was the timeI had a gift card that I received from Jury Duty. I had just used the gift card at Starbucks with absolutely no issue. I had a plenty balance left.I was on the edge of running late for lunch. I took a chance and said it would be quick. I got there placed my order and the guy at the front was already struggling and learning (which is fine I get it), but he took the payment from my card on the first swipe. He stated it declined and I politely told him there is more than enough on there to cover the food. He swiped it 3 times in total and it declined. I was unable to use another card because I would have to transfer the money from my other account over which would take a few minutes longer than I had. I was already late for the meeting that I couldn’t miss.I told the cashier I had to go because I’m out of time and left empty handing, pissed and embarrassed at the way the situation was even handled. It was such a mess before I got to the cashier just because he was all over the place.I called Master Card and they said Chipotle took the money and its a pending charge on my card. So I had to file a claim to get it back because I left without food. I’m so annoyed by it all.I reached out to customer service and they would like my bank statement which its a gift card so I have to go through hell to get it instead of verifying this charge by my card number.Its really been a headache and this location sucks. Overall the quality and customer service with Chipotle has really fallen.**The audacity of the bot to reply underneath my review when clearly I stated I already reached out to Customer Service which has been no help. -_-

They lock their doors half hour early at 10:30pm when their sign and google hours clearly say 11:00pm. it’s disappointing they don’t follow corporate policy.

Picked up an online order from Humble location. Got home to 2 of the orders messed up. Called up to the store 2 times. 1st time somebody answered and hung up. 2nd time somebody answered and and didn’t say anything. I said hello a few times and could hear movement and noise from the other end for about 2 mins and then you hear the click where they hung the phone up. Never going to the Humble location again!
