I was genuinely excited when Chipotle opened near The Groves community. Unfortunately, it’s been a big disappointment.

This location is always backed up, and not because it’s especially busy. It simply disorganization behind the counter. The staff comes across as unfriendly and sometimes downright rude, and the overall experience just isn’t welcoming.

What really makes it worse is when there’s an issue with a pickup order. There’s no way to call the store directly. You’re pushed to a robot or corporate support, and nothing ever gets resolved. It’s frustrating and honestly embarrassing for a brand this size.

I remember when Chipotle was the spot. You knew the food would be good and the experience would be consistent. Now, it feels like a gamble whether the food will even taste right. I wanted this location to be a win for the community, but so far, it hasn’t lived up to the hype at all.

The team was friendly. A little slow but that's understandable with being newly opened. They worked with a sense of urgency though and they weren't out of any ingredients which is so much better than many Chipotles I've been to.

I guess it's too much to expect a full menu selection when you arrive during open hours. This is poor management at it's best. We decided to leave and go to the Chipotle off the beltway which had everything stocked. I know this place is new so hopefully they see this as an opportunity to improve.

During my visit to Chipotle today between 330-4 December 9th I observed a concerning lack of teamwork and leadership that directly impacted both employee morale and customer experience. While waiting in line, I noticed one team member running the entire main line ALONE!! Asking each customer, for here or to go, managing brown or white rice, protein, vegetables, and every other step, without any support from fellow staff. It was clear he was new, likely only there a few weeks. Instead of assisting or guiding him, the other employees ignored him completely. Their demeanor suggested they were content to watch him struggle rather than help him succeed.

When I approached the manager to address the situation, she failed to take accountability. By allowing this environment to continue, she failed her team. The cashier also recognized the issue but said nothing, further contributing to the problem. Overworking one employee while others stand by is unacceptable, especially when the resources are clearly available to do better.

If a customer asks to speak with a manager or requests contact information to provide feedback, walking away or hiding in the office is not leadership that’s a guilty conscious. Employees deserve support, and customers deserve transparency, not avoidance.

Sadly this place was not ready to open. This is my 3rd time here and it hasn’t gotten any better. Online orders are never ready at the time expected, the food line is dirty with associates not cleaning up after themselves, if they do not have a food item on the line, they say they are out of it, and it’s only 1pm. The chips are stale, they replaced the chips with yet another stale bag. Need more staff or a better manager. The staff seem overwhelmed.

Food was good! I ordered and paid extra for guacamole to have with tortilla chips. Got home and the chips were so stale🤢! Very disappointing!!

Chips was stale, they messed my order up , refused to refund me my money . They won’t last long. And the food table wasn’t clean either food was every where, employees standing around looking lost. 15.00 wasted.

The new Chipotle just opened up and it’s already really good. The place is clean, the food tastes fresh, and the staff seem really on top of things.

I'm literally only writing this review to offset the 1-star reviews that people seem to think they need to make when a new restaurant opens. Why are you expecting perfection the first 2-weeks of business? Ridiculous.

Place won’t last long if they don’t change gears. Plenty of employees but 3 out of 7 working 2 standing at one register while the line is back up on top of that the girl couldn’t wrap a burrito had to change to a bowl and then stale chips … won’t be coming back

Went on opening day. Food was salty and got a bone or cartilage on my chicken. Definitely not up to standards with other chipotle’s. I’m giving them grace and hoping it gets better.
