My partner had a reward so we ordered online. My tenders were super fresh and the portion size was perfect.

Everything was fresh and correct. Staff was friendly. The ventilation is trash so be prepared to smell like smoke and fried chicken if you have to wait.

I order the same thing every time I come here. And in 3 months, at least biweekly, I come here and something as simple as biscuits can’t get done right. And it’s taken no less than 20 mins on average. For biscuits!! The workers here are slow, and clearly don’t care. It’s my fault. I keep coming here expecting different results. Guess I’ll make the further drive to the other location to get my food. moving forward.

I did this review to show I never made a complaint against This restaurant
As a retail manager I understand the severity of reviews and understand employees have bad days so even if I feel that on one day I wasn't treated the best I have visited numerous times and received great service and when I was short and haven't eaten all day the male Hispanic cashier put his own dollar into the register to help me. And has always been nice to me.
He has even paid for my meal to help feed my family

I came 5 min before closing to purchase chicken and the employees refused to serve me then I went to my car I saw all employees walking out with boxes of chicken. How is that right or fair. The employees rather feed themselves than sell me food just disgusting

They were the only ones that had the smoke house available. Friendly staff

The atmospehere is trashy. Nobody eats here because it’s uninviting. The coke machine doesn’t work it’s bone dry. The short girl with the glasses is very rude. I asked for water when I ordered $32 worth of goods. And she kept telling me just a min even though I had already placed my order well over a few minutes ago. Then she called me rude for asking for her to stop telling her employee to NOT give me water. This is not churches chicken standards.

Very disorganized staff, only focused on the drive thru. I waited in line to order, with three people in front. When a fourth person came in whim worked ther but was off duty. They skipped me and took their order, so I just walk out. After 20 mintes in line no value to eat here. Store was dirty , please do not go to this location

I arrived at church's chicken drive thru at 10:45am to order the smokehouse. The lady in the drive thru said I would have to wait 20 minutes. Unacceptable.

I still eat here because I grew up on Church's Chicken and it is still good at times, however, this particular location doesn't always thoroughly cook the chicken. There's been multiple times, I've purchased chicken, gotten home and then realized it's still bloody . They usually make it right, if I happen to come back, but don't try calling, they never pick up.

Messed up our order and failed to make it better. No receipt was provided. I hope the manager makes some adjustments to improve. We were very disappointed.
