Typically love going to Chuy's because the food is always solid for the price. But I ordered a pick-up order today and it was definitely sub-par. Showed up on-time to pick up the order (ordered for 8:30 and showed up at 8:32) and drove 10 minutes back to my house. Rice was undercooked and crunchy, half of the chips were so stale I couldn't chew them. $45 for food for two and I couldn't finish the rice or chips. I'll be back, but it was a tough outing for Chuy's.

Sat in the bar area with my family, and the bar tender (I think her name was Shetara?) waited on us and was honestly very great. I personally don’t like the food at Chuy’s but the customer service alone would make me come back. Great customer experience. Thank you for the hospitality!

Had 3 different people at the airport tell us to go. Lexi was amazing. Asked her to surprise me with my meal and it didn't disappoint. Got surprised with a steak burrito with shrimp and avocado. Best burrito I have ever had.
