This location has definitely improved recently !!! The manager is so welcoming and nice he greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make our visit 1000/10 . He and his crew are on point about cleanliness and the buffet . Gotta love Cicis 🫶🏼🍕

Today I came in here they have no drinks why I heard the lady not charging the Mexican for there drinks but everybody else they was charging I won’t be coming back here no more

I wish they would clean the tables quickly and refill the beverages and pizza. When we arrived, it was hard to find a clean table, so I had to wipe one down that was big enough for my group. I wanted sweet tea, but it was out the entire time we were there. They were out of peperoni pizza and a few others, and their cinnamon rolls weren't the best I've had. The location in Spring off 249 is clean and always stocked and labeled.

Manager Karina attitude is horrible did not greet us not once , we stood there at least 4 minutes without her saying one word to us . Once I said something she still did not want to speak . Do not visit this location. Save yourself the trouble. Very rude . And racist will be contacting corporate

It hurt to rate this location this way this time, but it was bad. Didn't know it was uncommon to ask for a specific pizza that wasn't available to grab. Went through a whole dramatic episode with 3 different employees just to get a pizza put into the oven. Never raised my voice or used profanity or anything, just semi sarcasm which isn't ok on my part.
It seemed to just be an off night for the staff overall and there weren't more than 15 people in the restaurant.
