I wish they would clean the tables quickly and refill the beverages and pizza. When we arrived, it was hard to find a clean table, so I had to wipe one down that was big enough for my group. I wanted sweet tea, but it was out the entire time we were there. They were out of peperoni pizza and a few others, and their cinnamon rolls weren't the best I've had. The location in Spring off 249 is clean and always stocked and labeled.

Manager Karina attitude is horrible did not greet us not once , we stood there at least 4 minutes without her saying one word to us . Once I said something she still did not want to speak . Do not visit this location. Save yourself the trouble. Very rude . And racist will be contacting corporate

It hurt to rate this location this way this time, but it was bad. Didn't know it was uncommon to ask for a specific pizza that wasn't available to grab. Went through a whole dramatic episode with 3 different employees just to get a pizza put into the oven. Never raised my voice or used profanity or anything, just semi sarcasm which isn't ok on my part.
It seemed to just be an off night for the staff overall and there weren't more than 15 people in the restaurant.

Service was non existent. Finding items that should be readily available was a major chore. Pizza was mediocre and salads didn’t appear fresh, not right crispy texture of fresh greens.

Came here on 10/13/24 @8:30pm with a party of 5. There wasnt that much pizza out to begin with and no new pizza was put out since the time we arrived till the time we left. This location doesnt close till 10pm. The pizza that was out looked like it had been sitting there for a good while. They had customers coming in and they didn't even bother to put out at least ONE pizza, i am very disappointed in this location cause it can honestly do better. They could've at the very least have the courtesy to tell us they werent going to put out more pizza and we couldve gone somewhere else. We will not be returning to this location again.

It seems like a conscious decision to not fully cut the pizzas, so we have to struggle to get any one slice. We started taking extra slices since you won’t actually cut them and we have no way to do it ourselves.

Pizza is usually warm and they do requests if you want a certain pizza cooked.
Really need to hire an extra person or two during the busy shifts. If the place isn't too packed it's not a bad spot, but it's miserable when there's more than half the tables full. They struggle to replenish the pizza fast enough and makes a negative feedback loop of everyone swarming whatever pizza gets put out, further worsening the problem.
Also, be prepared to deal with parents who can't control their kids. It's a cheap place so a lot of families show up and let their kids run wild. If you can handle that and don't go during a too busy time then it'll be a nice time.

The pizza is very delicious, the salad is the same but the cashier is unpleasant and poorly educated. They should train her for customer service or put her in the kitchen where she doesn't have to deal with the people who visit this place.
