We all know Crumbl cookies slap, but the staff here? Next-level. Yesterday, a random man outside started yelling at me and swinging a stick at me- totally terrifying. The moment I walked in, a group of girls on the team immediately rushed to help me. They checked on me, made sure I was okay , and even walked with me outside. Their kindness and care went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Big-hearted, amazing humans!! I’m so thankful for them! So beyond thankful!!
Crumbl cookies meets the standard. However they don’t ever seem to have enough employees. The waiting area is typically overcrowded and the workers are handling a lot of orders diligently but not efficiently because they lack man power.
Roman was awesome! Super friendly and made the whole experience so much better. Me and my sister came in looking for a cookie that had already sold out and we still left happy! We’ll definitely be returning to this crumbl.
