“Just left this store, the service was spectacular Isaac was very kind and helpful. I got 2 scoops on a sugar cone, usually many people get upset about giving me 2 scoops on a sugar cone, truthfully im not cheap I just don’t want a big ol cone. He gave it to me with a smile on his face.“

“I have never had a complaint until today. I love menchies, I visit about once a week or every other week. Today was the first time where I decided to try a waffle cone instead of putting my yogurt in a cup. That was a mistake because it was extremely stale. It was so stale that I could barely bite into it. I couldn't finish it because it ruined my appetite, so essentially, I paid $7 for a few just bites of yogurt. It was gross.“
