I have tried your chicken and dumplings and I love the chicken and dumplings it almost tastes like my mom's I will be going by there more often to get some more chicken and dumplings I've even mentioned it to my daughter and my granddaughter

I decided to stop by this DQ location in Humble for a Blizzard and some chicken strips, and I must say the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and even greeted us as soon as we walked in. Fernanda was especially sweet and made sure my Blizzard was exactly the way I like it when she turned it upside down. Excellent service overall—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went through the drive thru. When we got home it had the wrong sandwich. Had to go back and get it corrected. Very inconvenient. CSR were unresponsive and made no attempt to apologize for the mistake. Just took the wrong sandwich and replaced it with the correct one.

Went to get my SON a kids meal and she wouldn’t sell it to me. Today 11/4/25 at 3:25pm. My sick SON that stayed home from school requested Dairy Queen and she wouldn’t sell it to me bc I didn’t have a kid in my car. I’m sorry, is it any of her business what I order and for who? Good thing McDonalds is in the business of selling food bc I got him a happy meal no questions asked. I dont know what Dairy Queen is selling but it ain’t food. Horrible rude service. We will never go back. And I will tell everyone I work with and all the moms at his school.

I had a mobile order and I've ordered from this location several times and have always picked up my order through the drive thru. However today it happened to be raining and I went throught the drive through and the employee said I had to go inside to pick up mobile orders. I asked why and he said bc his manager said so. So I get rained on and run inside and they say they can't find my order. It was already paid for and I showed the manager my receipt as proof. She said that if I can't prove that the charge went through on my statement then she can't give me my order (I couldn't prove it since my co-worker paid for it so I didn't have access to the statement). And she stated she had to wait for corporate to call her back to confirm or deny that that my $18 charge went through. So there we are waiting. I thought it was ridiculous that Dairy Queen can't even give over $18 worth of food to a customer that already paid just for the inconvenience of running in the rain and losing my order. I told the manager that instead of waiting, I was choosing to leave and just said I won't come back again.

These ppl do not listen i asked for a burrito with nacho cheese and chili, easy! They bring me a plain burrito, I take it back because that not what I ordered. I tell her what I want then she tells me it doesn't come with nacho cheese it come with shredded, no it does not! A burrito comes plain! I did not ask for a burrito deluxe at all to get rid of any confusion i just tell them what i want and they try to give me what they want to give me. This is not the first time happen the last time I came too and then the one I took to go had ONIONS!!! Wth!

Definitely top two DQ experience and #1 in Texas - finally a location that knows how to make a Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard that actually looks like chocolate ice cream and not vanilla with chocolate syrup mixed in. Excellent!
