Most DQ locations leave a lot to be desired. This is the exception. In terms of the staff and it being immaculately clean, it ties or beats Chick-fil-A. Chicken fingers are hot, fresh and brought to your table in about 3 minutes. It's worth going out of your way to visit this location.

The blizzards were great! We pulled up and there was a bit of a line, but they got us through the line really quickly. We brought our dog and asked for a cup with whipped cream for him. Not only did they get him his whipped cream, but they also were so sweet to him and got him all excited. I didn't rate the atmosphere because I always go through the drive thru.
I came in to buy ice cream cake for my grandbaby's birthday I wish I would ask the young man his name because he was so very helpful when I asked him cuz he put Happy Birthday on the cake for me and he did that great customer
Went to get 2 burritos with everything on it for my mom that has Covid and they messed up the whole order and got 2 burritos plain I want a REFUND IF NOT I WOULD LIKE THE FOOD I

So I’m actually sitting in the drive threw as we speak.. Whoever is in the drive thru taking orders is beyond rude. Then you get to the window… the manager won’t even read you back your order an she rude??♀️.. of course it was wrong. ? food was fresh, gotta at least give them
