I ordered online and chose the curbside pickup. Upon arrival I called the number as stated on sign outside restaurant for curbside. When I called and told the lady that I was outside, she quickly said come pick it up inside. I responded I chose curbside pick up , do you not do that here ? She rudely responded no. I had to rush inside and leave my puppy inside car . That was the whole point for me to select curbside as an option. Why have that option online and at restaurant but can't fulfill it ??? Poor customer service.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste if they staff actually gave a damn and read recipes they gave away my order to a Uber driver not paying attention to detail that I was coming to pick my food up for a personal carry out. They'll have the nerve to say we can't remake the order because it's not on a ticket. For 35$ I just suppose to let it go and order it again

The food was really good but today I have the worst experience, and is not the first time
The manager Gloria was really irrespective and she was really rude that person needs to be fired from her positions. She is terrible and she don’t respect the customers

Well I wasn’t greeted I guess maybe cause I was 1 person bypassed for 2 parties .. Ordered my meal and when it came out hash browns were not cooked pancakes were cold and the bacon also not cooked not to mention after I completed my meal I was being rushed out don’t know if this how they are trained but maybe teach some hospitality instead of pushing people out then when I advised I needed more coffee it was as if I was being a bother got served with attitude. I have been here before a few times and was not treated as such don’t know what happened today but maybe today is not their day

I ordered two bourbon burgers with extra peppers and onions and extra bourbon sauce on the side cost 34.16. What I got was two double cheeseburgers with bacon and not even a squirt of bourbon sauce with no bourbon sauce. I paid $5 for bourbon sauce so why didn't I get it? The crew that worked 12/24/24 @ 11:30 til 12:30 12/25/24 (Merry Christmas BTW) not just one but all including management should be embarrassed of themselves by how bad their customer service skills are. Please check your bags before leaving because they don't give you what you ask for. I actually high key pissed because I made it home just to realize my burger was not very tasty as the last. I would have come back TO GET A REFUND but I m 20 minutes away. *I think I might just call my bank and let the know that I didn't get the service that I paid for and get my refund* SHAME ON THE WHOLE CREW just awful
