Domino's Pizza

I drove here from Northpark Drive in Kingwood and my app and the tracking board at this location (2nd time here) were stuck on “prep”and neither of the two employees working had a clue. Carlos let me in but had no clue about my order and the woman working didn’t know until Carlos told her what my order was THEN she said it was in the oven. The woman was rude and told me I couldn’t wait inside. There is a man (no uniform) sitting inside and the woman said he is an employee. I am outside the restaurant still waiting for my order. I never plan on returning here.

I purchased 2 pizza from this location on 8-12-2025.While eating i noticed hair curly short course hair in my food we had to dump a whole pizza waste od money.Can you please have your employees wear a hair net on their heads please.

I have been visiting this Domino's since the promotion at least once a week. Pizza and the bread bites have been excellent. Service has been great. No complaints.

We normally order pizza from Dominos and given much business over the period of years. However today 07/07/25 they happen to run out on Bell Pepper and the store called to see if there was any other sub we would like to replace and advised them we won't need to replace instead either credit for the extra topping charges or provide us with other sides that is equivalent to the topping. Whoever I spoke to was very rude and he cancelles the entire order because of his ego.?? If you are out of toppings is not the customers fault first of all. Secondly you don't just cancel the order without notifying the client based on your rude behavior. Totally do not appreciate the staff's behavior to this matter. Definitely will not give them business from here on out. This is the second time it happened to us however giving the benefit of the doubt we gave them business, however not anymore.

So first the coupon wasn't working online. Then the order was incorrect. Travis was very rude. They weren't able to charge my card correctly and wanted to blame me the pregnant customer for their fault. Then they said they couldn't provide the receipt showing that I was getting a refund. So then Travis rolled his eyes when I asked for his pen to write down his name as proof. Emily looks like she should have been able and speak to me as the customer but I guess that wasn't an option for her to walk an additional 5 feet to the customer counter. In short don't spend your money at this Domino's. I saw that there's a pizza hut and Papa John's they would have provided better service.

I live about 10 minutes away from this location, and even though I have three Domino’s closer to me, I choose this one because the others are honestly horrible. I arrived a little early—before the estimated pickup time—but I never received a text or email letting me know my order was ready. I ended up waiting outside for about 10 minutes before I finally decided to just let them know I was there.

I ordered two pizzas and some loaded tater tots. The tots were delicious, and the cheese pizza looked and tasted great. The pepperoni pizza, though, seemed like it had been sitting out for a while—not as fresh as I’d hoped.

On the bright side, the employee who brought the food to my car was really friendly, which I appreciated. Overall, I might come back to this location again, especially compared to the other Domino’s spots near me.

Tiss and Travis were awesome. Mostly Tiss she was slinging out pizzas left and right. She also gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received at any Domino’s
