The pizza has been dry the last 3 times with very little toppings.

Incomplete delivery, poor communication and disregard for customer. Waited an hour for wings to STILL be at the restaurant. Had to drive up there to pick up the food, get there and BOTH drivers there doing absolutely nothing. Requesting a partial refund, at the very least the delivery fees.

The $10 sandwich was very scarcely made on meat, cheese and sauce. It was so cheaply made and disappointing. It was FLAT Nothing close to the picture
I asked dir more sauce, she told me it will be $1 !!!! I paid the dollar. Terrible service. I will never return

I've ordered from this Domino's countless times, and they consistently deliver great service and tasty food. The pizza always arrives hot, with perfectly melted cheese and a crispy crust.

The online ordering system is super convenient, and I appreciate the real-time tracker so I always know when my food will arrive. The staff is friendly, and delivery is always prompt. Bonus points for the great deals and coupons they offer. Highly recommend!!

This was the second time this happened sooo……please do not order delivery service with this location. I ordered at 7:58pm and got my order at 9:30pm….the location was only 5 minutes away so I didn’t expect it to take almost 2 hours! I got in my car and figured it would be faster because they were not answering their phone for a good 10 minutes! As I was heading over, I was still trying to call on my way when they told me my order will be there in 5 minutes so I turned around. When the food arrived, it was not nice and hot…it was room temp, very disappointed. The only reason I did not give it a 1 is because they sent me an email knowing they “let me down” and sent me some coupon. I will not be ordering delivery from here again. 😔

Ordered the Philly steak and cheese pizza and it was terrible! I soon remembered why I do business with Marcos and even Pizza Hut over domino’s. Let’s just say that less than a handful of the Philly steak was barely there and Mushrooms and cheese seemingly substituted for it! Not worth the price at all. Tasted like nothing! I’m sure I wouldn’t pay $17 for a large mushroom pizza. As I waited for my order, I couldn’t help but notice the RUSTY PANS that baked our pizzas. So disgusted at the many rusted pans that were in plain sight of me asking for a refund & running away from this location on E Sam Houston pkwy & John Ralston that I know I won’t return there. I got the pizza home and immediately felt the remorse for not walking away and getting Marco’s pizza. Lesson learned. Some of these places are in need of a visit from the health dept.

I walk to Domino's pizza and I ordered 1 top large pizza and spirit. 15 to 30 minutes I went to pick up the food I assume it was cooked perfectly because last time it was good but no I took a bite of the pizza it was burned at first I thought I was tripping but then a friend confirmed it was burned so I went back to see if I can get it remade they refused so I asked for a refund and they still refused like why can't fix a mistake they made. I spent my hard own money on at Domino's for no reason. Not only was the food bad but the serive was even worst. They need to start firing people and making them do they job cause it definitely was a 0 outta 10 I will not return and definitely will tell my community do not eat there.
