My food was fine, my colleagues, not so much. Maybe the kitchen staff was having a bad day. Usually, though, the wings and fries are pretty tasty.

We wanted to try this place for a while and were disappointed with the service. My food was fine my husbands hangover burger was overcooked and dry. He didn't even eat it and informed the waitress and not even an offer to remake it. I ordered a Michelada with a bottle DosXX and was given what tasted like draft beer. We got our appetizer after we got our meals, so not such a great first experience at your establishment.

The parking lot was crowded with no parking lines painted, large potholes in some areas.
The picnic benches and are too low, they and the decking is also worn out.
It's slanted and I nearly fell.
A stray cat was prowling around. The food could have been hotter temperature.
The place needs remodeling or a demo & rebuild

This place is a lor bigger than it appears on the road. Great outdoor seating and plenty of it. Very friendly folks working there. It would have been nice to come in on a night when music was going on. There is a nice stage outside.
I had the traditional wings with a dry Cajun rub and they were great. Flavorful and not at all greasy. Good beer selections too.

Word of advice get the Stuffed Frito Pie. It's the best I have had.
Fritos, onions, chilli, cheese, jalapenos, BBQ pull pork. Sounds crazy but is crazy great!

I went here and sat over 25 minutes without being greeted by a waiter or anything. I tried to say “excuse me” to one waiter and she looked at me and kept walking. After waiting over 25 minutes a waiter finally greets me and says their valve broke and it would be two hours before I could get crawfish. This was my first time here and my last.

I don’t know if it’s just me but if the item is on the menu for $5 shouldn’t it come up for $5 when you input it the system. Talking about it was a “mistake” got charged $65 for shots that were worth $30. Waitress hesitated to give me the receipt. Got money back but she still ended up with a $13 tip for the $30 order which at the she didn’t deserve one. This place is a scam.

Our staff was great when we went to the bar. Unfortunately, the table service staff was not. It’s bar food, but was super greasy.

So I’ve been to Dukes a few times last year. It’s usually been good and I don’t normally have issues. Today however I must express my disappointment with this establishment. The service was pretty slow, that was probably due to them being really busy. Our server Teresa was doing the best she could, but there was a miscommunication with my order and I spent about 45 minutes waiting for my food while the rest of my family received their food 30 minutes after we ordered. Teresa did let me know that the rest of the food was on its way. An hour passed by Teresa made it back to our table to ask us how everything was and I let her know that I still haven’t even received my food. She apologized and said the cooking staff said the ticket was already complete. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because they decided to give me my burger free of charge. Today was not their night and I hope this kind mistake does not happen again. The atmosphere here is nice though and I wish them nothing, but success.

Came at noon on a Sunday, it wasn't very busy. Ordered a burger, onion rings and some fried pickles. Waited over 30 minutes for our food that never showed up. Another couple came in 15 min after us and got their food within 15 min. The manager was apologetic but that didn't fix the issue. We drove 40 min to try this place out but ended up leaving hungry and going somewhere else. The food smelled and looked good but I gave 1 star because ours never showed up. I recommend trying somewhere else.

Rating Duke's a 2 because the food was trash. Basically, it is reheated frozen food. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with toast and gravy on the side with a side of mac and cheese. I didn't even eat the mac and cheese. The sauce was just too watery, like if it was soup. I'm sure it was that $1 kraft mac and cheese since it had a box flavor. Clearly, the chef didn't read the instructions correctly and put too much water, and it became a soup. Yuck, it was nasty. The chicken fried chicken was ok. The gravy was chuncky, not smooth like gravy should be. Gosh and cherry on top, my toast was burnt. Since I didn't like the food, I got a cranberry vodka, save your money, and just order a beer. The bomb fire was nice. They have outdoor heaters, the bathroom was clean enough, very dusty. They have mouthwash in the bathroom. I'm not coming back for sure.
