Dunkin'

I ordered grilled cheese and the brought me bacon grilled cheese. I told them that I can’t eat bacon and ask them to remake it. I told them to make it again, not just remove the bacon and give it back. They said they remade them and gave it back to us. There was still bacon in my food. When I asked for a return, I get attitude for no reason.

It was almost 5pm, on a Saturday and my bestie woke up wanting donuts so I stopped by and the employees were THE BEST! I didn't have any clue what I wanted and they were patient and helpful. Definitely will return! I'm so appreciative that they were at work, thank you ladies!!!!

Two different experiences where I order a breakfast sandwich, the breakfast sandwich takes an unreasonable time to get, and then not be what I ordered.

I have been frequenting this location since its soft opening in March 2025. The employees and managers have always been super courteous and helpful. When my order is wrong, tastes off, or something is missing, Jailene and her crew are quick to correct it. As patrons, our orders supposed to be correct the first time, every time, although the willingness to correct it helps. I enjoy walking in, seeing their faces and saying good morning to them. Pleasure seeing them when I pick up my orders!

I always have a great experience at this Dunkin’! The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and my order is always made just the way I like it. The store is clean, and they’re super consistent with quality. Definitely my favorite Dunkin’ location!

Latte either has burn bean or they aren’t using enough milk. Doesn’t taste like other locations had to throw it out

I love this location and the people here. My family were the first to be there at the grand opening at 1am. We were so happy that there was a Dunkin right down the street from us. They are so sweet and so amazing. The manager is very friendly and awesome. Greets me every morning when I get my coffee. I am a regular and I will continue to come here. I love that it’s on the way when I take my daughters to school. Thank you Humble Dunkin staff for all that you do! Love you guys.

One other car in the drive through and waited over 10 minutes to just place my order
Went right back to Starbucks wanted to try this one out because we don’t have many Dunkin’s but yeah this one obviously is gonna be a flop
