I always enjoy Dutch Bros for their creative drinks and friendly service. The staff were upbeat and welcoming, and my drink came out tasting delicious and refreshing (pictured). The only downside is the wait/ready time. It’s frustrating when you’ve been waiting, and a car pulls up in the short line and gets served before you, that can be pretty annoying. If the process was a little more fair and the wait times adjusted, the experience would be perfect.

This is the worst location I have been to. The drinks were not as good as they usually are. I believe it is because they were really busy and probably overwhelmed.
I think another location is needed in the area plz.

No matter how many times I go here I always experience, long waits employees need to be trained properly Seems like they don’t care if we wait there a long time because they will go back inside and take a while to come back out and I understand the weather is hot sometimes but it is ridiculous the amount of time we wait just for a drink.. I don’t know why they have two lines.don’t know why they have a Sign pick the shorter line if it takes forever. Even when there is Not a lot of cars I still wait a long time for a drink. I rather go to Dunkin’s or the New Starbucks Down the street where their service is way faster even with long lines. The only reason I keep going because my daughter loves a coffee there, but will not return anymore.

The staff at Dutch Bros Atascocita are always so friendly and upbeat. They really take the time to get your order right and pay attention to the little details, which I appreciate. Every visit feels personal, and the customer service is honestly some of the best I’ve experienced at a coffee shop.

Came through today around 11:30am and the girl outside taking orders knew her stuff and was kind and efficient so shoutout to her. However, the experience at the window was very lack luster compared to our experience in the line. No one in the whole store greeted us even though they had someone staffed on the window. He seemed like he was brand new because he seemed lost on what was going on. Rather than chatting with my girlfriend and I, he just watched the other people make our drinks and occasionally smile at us. If he is new, I can’t be mad at him because no one inside was paying attention to him and teaching him how to succeed at his job. Super awkward but at least he said our dog was cute.

I’ve been to 5 different Dutch locations and this one is the most disappointing one. It’s the closest to my house avoiding traffic so I’ve given it several chances with no luck. I’ve ordered the dinosaur egg blended rebel and always ask for extra unicorn blood float. Other locations get this right and my pink unicorn blood floats nicely on the top just like the picture. This is the only location that I don’t see the unicorn blood at all bottom or top. I’ve asked and all they say is it sinks to the bottom but I don’t even see it at the bottom. Another time I asked for a blended rebel medium size, the cup was not filled properly. This past Saturday I ordered a candied cherry blended rebel and when I got to my order it was completely melted. I told the girl “it’s melted” and they didn’t even acknowledge me. They kept taking orders on foot to the cars behind me and I just left. Last night my husband went and ordered a blue lagoon fizz and they gave him a red drink no bobba just strawberry. They didn’t tell him if maybe they were out of flavors or bobba. They just gave him what they wanted no explanations. We are very disappointed with this location. They had started off fine and been horrible the last couple months. I have gone to the window and just hear them gossiping about other employees instead of giving a good service.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the “order ahead” service. While the convenience is a great idea, I’ve noticed that it doesn’t always work as advertised. For instance, I recently placed an order and arrived more than 20 minutes after the quoted “ready for pickup” time, but my order still wasn’t prepared.

Please know that I enjoy your coffee, and I recognize the staff are doing their best. My concern is less about the employees and more about the way the service is presented. When the system confirms a specific pickup time, customers expect that their order will be ready at that time. If it isn’t, the service feels misleading and can result in frustration rather than convenience.
Being transparent about actual wait times—or adjusting how the service is promoted—would go a long way toward maintaining trust and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This location always gets my order wrong no matter what I order, today I wanted a parfait style strawberry colada and this is what I got. They’re not even blended, it’s just liquid. The guy taking our order was leaning into my car with most of his body into the window and clearing his boogers in our ears. Very disappointed in this location every time.

Made our orders wrong, put only ice in the iced coffees to skimp us out of our money, literally had two drinks of my drink and it was gone. The spring location is so much better don’t waste your time here.
