The gal taking orders was just socializing for with her friends in the car ahead of us for a long time, wasting all our time. There was a line of cars behind them and she didn't seem very concerned about them. Terrible service.

I been a customer for almost 2years in this location but for the last 3 months they been messing up my orders as well their app would charge me for 2 drinks when only ordering 1 and lately depending who is working I get turn down to put my order at the window.. this place is going down hill and it stucks

Aside from the great service, the coffee here was a bit of a disappointment. The chain offers a small variety of drinks, and they are somewhat bland. I usually stop at these when there are no other choices nearby.

Love going here! They not only deliver great drinks but also great service. I go here all the time, same order even when there is long lines there is quickness and integrity with their work. I am so appreciative, even when I feel down and not having the best day and I want some comfort food or a drink, Dutch bros is what comes to mind and the unforgettable smiles and experiences I’ve always had. Was told I was “doing it wrong” because I came too shortly after I’d placed my mobile order. The window person said it would’ve made it easier for them because then they’d have had adequate time to prepare the drink with it being busy. I was the only person in the drive through.

I usually love this place but today the bottom of my Golden eagle came out in my lap. It burned like hell. Luckily I was in the after school line picking up my daughter so I was able to get out of my car quickly. I didn't ever think to double my cup. I did contact customer service in hopes they would improve the quality of their products and also replace my drink. So far all they asked was did I seek medical attention. Anyway get double cups ya'll.
I was told this location had the best coffee in the world so I sent this girl I was really into some $$ to get some and she turned out to be not so cool. Real bummer. I’m still going to give this place 5 stars and pretend like everything worked out and people are actually decent like they want you to believe.

This place is really hit or miss. I recently picked up a latte, and it tasted like water . The wait times can be all over the place; I was there at 9:03 and left at 9:19am. Some days, there’s no line, and the coffee hits the spot, but other days, I’m stuck in a long line with watered-down drinks. It feels like they rush through making it and you still have to wait a long time for it . The employees are friendly and smile, but honestly, I’d prefer a great cup of coffee with a smile instead of just a smile . ?♀️

Dutch Bros is absolutely the best. The service is amazing, the drinks are delicious and well made. You can get coffee, tea, smoothies, hand made soda, and more! The coffee itself is much better than some other coffee chains and never tastes burnt. Get a cranberry orange muffin top. You won't be disappointed!
