I heard about Dutch Bros and flew in from Frankfurt to experience this. I had a super nice Tigers Blood with Rebel and prepared with love and elan by Aramis (also a German lol) ? A little sweet but I felt energized and happy afterwards!! Thanks for this experience Aramis, you are the best! Always worth a 10 hour flight!

I usually come when I’m done with my son’s doctor appointments and I always have Karolyn as my server and she’s amazing. She’s always so kind to me and my son and she always brightens up his day since he’s usually upset after the doctors. I love the service and how above and beyond they go.

I went to get my birthday drink and a worker named Stephanie was really sweet! She took the time and wrote happy birthday on my drink and made me a whip cream stick with sprinkles on it! It was such a nice experience compared to other chain coffee shops! I love Dutch bros and will go back again more often!☕️??

that kenny guy whips UP a solid iced caramelizer every time he makes it my mouth be having a willy wonka EXPERIENCE! and he draws pretty pictures on the lid truly appreciate that man. cool and hot 12/10 would go again
The whole crew did a great job from start to finish. Ordering was easy with all questions answered by the gentleman taking the order. The window service was top notch. Fernando did a great job making a tasty beverage and serving it with a smile. We will definitely be back.

The young guy taking the orders was ignoring us for 5 minutes because he was talking to a girl and didn't want to take our order and when he finally took our order he got it all wrong the guy in the window was very helpful

The drinks are usually on point here in the level of friendliness is typically high, but the service is horrible not only in the morning but in the afternoons. I order my drink 20 minutes away and it seems like it doesn’t get made until I get here even after it’s been paid for. So what’s the point of ordering online if you have to still sit here and wait? Even to the point where I’ve stood there waiting for my drink and seen people walk up to the window and order and get theirs first.
