My first and last time here, I order a large matcha with no ice and an ice cup. Tell me why I received a large cup of ice filled all the way to the top but my actual drink that I paid for only filled half way. š¤Øā Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common issue

this has been my favorite location for a couple of years now but lately itās been horrible from 40+ wait to my drink being made wrong and tasting awful to this i asked for light ice for my drink and this was what was given to me. This location is beyond sad at this point do better, it literally looks like someone took a sip out of my drink.

Every time I come to this location they get my order wrong and give me watered down drinks with way too much iceā¦ This last time I told the young lady handing my drinks about it and all she said was Iām sorry about that and handed me the straws. I feel like these kids donāt really care too much for their jobs.

I love Dutch Bros š always a great coffee if not, they'll remake it for you, no problem š they only thing is when it's busy, omg, I've waited an hour for my coffee! JAVI and the black dude with mustache are my fave ppl there!! Always pleasant, always a joy!!

I have to give credit when itās due, I love the morning crew broistas, I am going to call them āSantos Teamā, they are always on point with my orders. Sadly I canāt say the same about the afternoon crew, they do not make good orders, at least in all my experiences in the afternoon or evenings, the coffee just doesnāt taste the sameā¦ so, kudos to the Santos team in the morning crew because they are always on top of itā¦.
