I love Dutch Bros š always a great coffee if not, they'll remake it for you, no problem š they only thing is when it's busy, omg, I've waited an hour for my coffee! JAVI and the black dude with mustache are my fave ppl there!! Always pleasant, always a joy!!
I have to give credit when itās due, I love the morning crew broistas, I am going to call them āSantos Teamā, they are always on point with my orders. Sadly I canāt say the same about the afternoon crew, they do not make good orders, at least in all my experiences in the afternoon or evenings, the coffee just doesnāt taste the sameā¦ so, kudos to the Santos team in the morning crew because they are always on top of itā¦.
They definitely need to hire more people. Iām not sure why Dutch bros still insists on this method of taking orders. Itās incredibly inefficient. Every time I come to this location I sit in line for 20+ minutes itās absurd. And I canāt order ahead on the app because it doesnāt allow certain customizations. This company as a whole needs a revamp. Their coffee is top tier, but Iām tired of waiting in line for almost half an hour for a coffee.
