El Pollo Loco

I regularly visit this Pollo Loco. This morning, I ordered a lunch burrito and a street corn chicken bowl. I always instruct them to add salsa, but they charge me without including it. I asked for unsweetened tea, but they served me sweet tea. They didn't bother to serve me correctly. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. They often serve me excessive rice and lettuce, but minimal chicken, which is often dry. They fill the burrito with too much rice to make it appear larger. The service is bad, and I won't return.

The staff was friend and prompt. There was a new associate it was her first day and she did amazing!!!

Fast service and food is hot/fresh off the grill. The added bonus is that they have a vast variety of condiments for you to self serve. Its the second visit and probably not my last!

It's a rotisserie chicken. Like Walmart and it's bland. If you want Mexican food don't waste your money. It's store quality roasted chicken.

I'm leaving a 1 star review because the female employee decided to help herself by putting a piece of meat from my order in her mouth as if noone saw her. I immediately got the attention of the other workers and told them I needed someone else to fix my plate that food can go in the trash. I had to wait for more chicken to be cooked when I was trying to get to work. This employee need a write up and more training because that's unsanitary.

I love El Pollo Loco. Their variety of meals give me the nutrition that I need. The flavor of the food is always on point to every bite. I've always received God service, I wish they would have more locations in Houston, I think we are missing out on a good opportunity.

Food was good, they only had three people working at the restaurant so they took a little longer to take the order and serve; however, the chicken was great in flavor
