Came in at 9:30pm and everything was shutting down. Hrs posted said open till 10pm. Out of salsas and toppings from the salsa bar. Toppings bar had already been emptied and restrooms had bleach water thrown all over the floor rendering it closed for use. Had to wash our hands at the drink station since we could not access the restroom sink. Started sweeping around us and spraying chemicals as we tried to eat quickly and get out of there. Disappointing dining experience to say the least.
All a great option for a quick meal
First time every eating at one. Wish there was one closer to my house. Food was real good and fresh. Price is good too for what you get. Pleasantly surprised
The food was great and had great flavor. I was impressed by the cost of everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I go there again.

The BBQ chicken is so good! When you dip or pour the fresh salsa that goes with your meal, it's so yummy!
You can eat it with mash potatoes and gravy, or the rice soaks up the gravy, and you just want to eat more!?
It also comes with titiyas wraps, that you can create a burrito, then dip in the fresh salsa! It's yum-hmm good!???♥️
You gotta stop by and give it a try!

I have a family of six and went to my local pollo loco because it’s been so long and I was really looking forward to it. Especially my sides and as soon as I open the broccoli, I couldn’t believe it. Not even up to half of the bowl.
