Firehouse Subs Townsen Crossing

Absolute GARBAGE! Ordered via uber eats, I have my receipt and it's in black and white, NO MUSTARD there's mustard on both my sandwiches, asked for grilled onions, I got raw onions, asked for bell peppers, got none, asked for Jalapenos and got none. They didn't bother to read the instructions AT ALL. I just spent $20 for sandwiches I ended up throwing in the trash. Clearly these people cannot read, much less follow simple instructions. Total fail, avoid at all costs.

The sandwiches had really good flavor. I got the 2 for 1 special that made this a good deal. I felt the sandwiches didn’t have enough meat and “goods” In them. Unfortunately, I won’t be back at full price ($8.99) for an 8” sub.

Sorry, but at least at Subway I can choose how much I want on toppings and I know how much meat I’ll get on a footling sub.

I can make a sandwich at home but not like this! I know it's a sandwich but not just any sandwich... one made of quality and time. It may be more costly than some other places but the taste and the store atmosphere are great. The staff is quick and helpful.

I came to pick up an order for DD and the lady's where sitting around. They didn't jump up and make my customers order til I walked in to pick it up for delivery. Unprofessional. Work first then sit around. This cost us Dashers to delay our drive time. Keep in mind, I have enough time to write this review.

Chicken Parmesan was the worst sandwich I’ve ever tasted—no taste, nothing. The wheat bread was awful also. It tasted like it was microwaved.

Over priced this was literally 4 inches for 8.00. It was delicious but I could’ve got a 7 inch for 9.00 at Lennys.

The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the food made me sick. I ordered the pulled pork with cole slaw. It was served cold in places lukewarm in others. Me and my wife rarely venture outside what is familiar to us, This is usually why.
