To whom this may concern, I have a problem. I came to this location (9473 FM 1960 Bypass West) today (Wed. Nov. 05, 2025) spending my hard earn money, but I didn’t feel welcome. Customer service is customer service... People supposed to feel welcome 🤗... That's what brings customers, also serving quality food. My food wasn’t the problem. It’s the professionalism I didn’t receive…Please inform your staff, every ethnicity should receive the same treatment period (No excuses) Please fix this issue, Thank you...

This firehouse subs is very clean, the employees always welcome you upon entering, and the atmosphere is busy, but relaxed. Looks small from the outside, but has plenty of tables inside.
The food is hot and delicious, and the new French fries they're offering are so crispy and definitely worth getting every time.

See pictures of what I ordered vs what I received. This was my 1st and LAST time ordering from firehouse subs. There was no garlic bread no peppercorn ranch no sauteed onions no caramelized pepper and it has 2 jalapenos. Just a sorry excuse for a sandwich. It's like they didn't even read the paper smdh! NEVER AGAIN!!!
