To whom this may concern, I have a problem. I came to this location (9473 FM 1960 Bypass West) today (Wed. Nov. 05, 2025) spending my hard earn money, but I didn’t feel welcome. Customer service is customer service... People supposed to feel welcome 🤗... That's what brings customers, also serving quality food. My food wasn’t the problem. It’s the professionalism I didn’t receive…Please inform your staff, every ethnicity should receive the same treatment period...

This firehouse subs is very clean, the employees always welcome you upon entering, and the atmosphere is busy, but relaxed. Looks small from the outside, but has plenty of tables inside.
The food is hot and delicious, and the new French fries they're offering are so crispy and definitely worth getting every time.

I love firehouse subs. I had a big order for the office. I had the option to do online or go in person to place it. I chose to make it easier and do it online. I was right in the area. We had a total of 7 subs. And when I completed the order it notified me it would be ready in an hour. A whole hour?! I called the store to let them know that was right outside and should I just cancel the online and order it inside, if I order it inside I don’t see them taking a whole hour to...
