Long time fan, who has finally given up. (35 years I've been going to Fuddruckers throughout CA)
Quality and service have consistently been declining, particularly last 10 years.
Today though ... I'm finally done.
They messed up my order (yet again), predictably blamed me, and adamantly refused to fix it. 2/3lb is not the same as 1/3lb, no need for a scale - anyone's eyes can blatantly see it.
I truly am sad, but at this point it's clearly time for us all to mourn the death of Fuddruckers and move onto the future.

Finally closed! It's been going downhill for a loooooong time. Used to love it, but service was getting worse, equipment and AC rarely worked, tables we're always dirty with no place to sit, most lights were typically off during business hours, and then there was the lack of condiments and food quality issues.

Best service ever. I drove from the Woodlands to get my Fuddfix. Oh don't forget the to get the Brownies. I tried to get the secret for the potato wedges y'all. They would not let me have it. Enjoyed great staff and I quote "I'll BE Back"

What a disaster. This place used to be full of fun and great food, but now it’s a hot, sticky, unsatisfying place to be. My wife and I decided to try it out since we hadn’t been in a while, but that was a poor choice. I’m not sure what happened, but other similar reviews from almost 2 years ago and since, have basically all said the same thing. The best thing I can say about it was the staff was friendly (considering their miserable hot work environment) and their tea was good. That’s it. We walked in and they had their card readers down, but we wanted a good burger so we went and grabbed some cash and came back. I should have taken that as the first sign, but we were optimistic. There was nobody in there at 12:30pm on a Friday afternoon, which was another red flag. Their A/C seemed to not be on but it was bearable at first. We went to order and they didn’t have most of their menu available. No shakes, no chicken, no brisket burgers, no bison burgers, so I settled for a regular burger. They didn’t even have their infamous potato wedge fries, only skinny fries, tater tots, and onion rings. Since they didn’t have a shake, my wife got their sugar cookie, which ended up tasting like it was a week old, and very hard. We ordered and sat down, went to grab drinks, which was another issue. Only one machine was barely functioning, and had most drinks and most flavors for mix-ins being unavailable. I wanted Dr.Pepper but they were completely out, so I grabbed coke. The coke was watery, uncarbonated, and tasted like it had been sitting out even though I had just poured it. I went and dumped it, and grabbed some tea which was great. The food came out and I was hoping it would redeem my disappointment, but it did not. The burger I had there was the most unseasoned and well done burger I’ve had in a while. It tasted like they put some meat together and threw it on a grill with no seasoning. I couldn’t finish it. We left pretty quickly instead of enjoying our lunch, as we were hot. We left with a bad taste in our mouth, which could have been from the burger or the coke, but we’ll never know. Other reviews have said they have supply chain issues, and I saw one saying they were restocking with supplies from HEB, but those were months and years ago. The meal was definitely not worth the $40 for 2 people. Something needs to change if it’s gonna stick around, like my shoes on their sticky floor.

With government pushing for a cashless society, Fudrockers is doing their best to fight the good fight by only accepting cash. Fight on! Burgers are good too
My heart breaks as I type this info. I have loved Fuddruckers my entire 55 years! I was so excited to bring my husband who is not from TX to enjoy this wonderful place! We saw the cash only signs everywhere and ran back out to an ATM for cash. The staff was so sweet and helpful! I feel very sorry for them. This owner should be ashamed of the upkeep of this restaurant. Everything we ordered they were out of!!! So a regular burger and fries combo it was. They had 2 drink machines and ones was completely down and the other wouldn't work. The staff that came over to help Said yes they know the machines are broken but they didn't know what to do. Why would the owner or mgr offer bottle drinks? Walmart is literally a few miles away. It was just a very sad visit. The table was sticky from the cleaning rag they use. The burger and fries were good. I was also ecstatic about rice krispie treat. It was simply disgusting. My heart is breaking for what this owner is doing to this place!

Let's start with a sign on the door posted says cash only no credit no debit, I can understand this after a massive storm came in and took out power and internet for quite a few people however this is not the case this sign has been posted on the door for the last 2 months.
Once we get inside only one person taking order with nine people in line and she was new and struggling however she was super nice. Never did get her name unfortunately so I can't praise her personally for her doing the best she could under the circumstances.
What circumstance you may ask? Well we tried to upsell ourselves on the brisket burger but to no avail because they were completely out. Tried to add provolone cheese, but also they were completely out.
Order to drinks only to find out that when should the machine was completely down and the second soda machine had only about four choices most of which were diet and all the rest of the drinks were not working properly. We asked about it and we were told that yes they know the drinks are out and they don't have any replacements here for them. When we just wanted to get a basic drink like water the machine was operating incredibly slow I suggested that they may just want to stop it and start it over again, but to no avail you just had to keep punching the button until eventually something would show up let's just say we gave up.
We've not been to Fuddruckers in about 10 years, this was definitely not the way we remember it The food yes delicious, the service was fine they were doing the best they could with what they had. However no name tags so I can't mention anybody by name they certainly didn't introduce themselves to us, and the answer was more often than not we just don't have it.
Finally my wife's serious desire to have a Fuddruckers Rice krispie treat was thwarted when they did actually have it but it had definitely been sitting around a while wasn't very good at all We ended up leaving with two empty beverage cups a whole Rice krispie square and very disappointed in the overall situation.
Again clearly the staff had done the best they could with what they had We were not disappointed in the staff. Clearly this is an ownership issue not replenishing supplies not restocking and not ordering enough for customers. And the fact that they're still only cash after 2 months or more seems very excessive. Someone needs to pay some bills and get some supplies back or this Fuddruckers too will no longer exist

Although machines were down for credit/debit on April 8, the employees were very attentive to incoming customers who had cash. The food was fresh and hot. The burgers and fries tasted amazing. The condiment and salad topping bar were clean, organized, and fresh. Overall excellent service! Will be coming back!
