Someone give that lady that works there a day off maybe then she wouldn't be so rude and she might actually put a smile on her face and talk to costumers! The food is decent but with her costumer service I rather get my donuts at Kroger. If your looking for rude service with no smile this is your place to go for donuts.

The lady in the front seemed like she pressured me or got irritated when I was being selective on the dozen I ordered. She was rude , and as soon as another customer came that she knew I’m assuming? or wasn’t ( black ) she was smiling and she was a totally different person , but was continuing to be rude to me. I don’t want to say she is racist but I do know for sure she is rude if she doesn’t know you!! Especially if you are black.

They have a "$5 minimum" for debit card purchases. Which is regulated by the federal government and been has been reported to the CFPB. The lady "Venna" who works there is a horrible representation of the company, and if I were the owners, would seriously consider firing her. Multiple bad reviews strictly for her. Very rude and thinks she knows it all. She has to be related to the owners at this point and actually thinks she owns the store. Couldnt imagine just some random employee at a small donut shop getting MORE THAN 10 bad reviews on just her alone, and still be employed. She probably feels entitled to that job so she can act however she wants. She literally word for word said "we charge it for debit card cause we get charged the surcharge fees" legally, can not pass on surcharge fees to the consumer. Thats against consumer laws. Now, those surcharge fees you wanted to avoid will result in a fine for the business.

First of all if you are going to sell donuts early morning. Little sugestion....be nice and smile to your customers. Fake it at the very least! 2nd dont reuse your oil for the donuts. That's nasty and leaves a horrid after taste. Do better people!

The donuts and kolaches are fine, but they've somehow ran out of glazed donuts early in the morning the last time I went and said it was going to be 20 minutes before they had more. Ended up going elsewhere.

Excellent donuts the 1st 2 visits. I drive past 10 donut shops just to come here, but unfortunately, it'll be my last time. This last visit, there were maybe 20 donuts available, not very many options, which led me to believe the donuts weren't fresh. When I got home, they actually weren't as fresh as the previous times. Maybe Fridays are the best days to visit. I went on a Thursday, and unfortunately, that was my experience.
