have been customer for many years. watched prices rise from $8, $10, $12 and now $15 per dozen. But now quality seems to have dropped dramaticall. yesterday purchased dozen pork& beef mild and dozen chicken spinach cheese and masa in both selections was over 1/2" thick with marginal filling. Will wait a while before ordering again.

So I heard they had amazing tamales here, unfortunately I didn’t get to find out! They have the rudest, unprofessional woman working that stand! I had to leave without ordering! People have no work ethic now days! It’s pathetic, if you don’t wanna work please don’t find a job that involves customer service! She does not deserve to have a job! I did call to complain about her and they were nice about it! Maybe I’ll try a different location.

My first and last time at this place, nothing wrong with the service or how clean the place is, the lady was nice to us, but the tamales were not what I expected, if you can call them tamales to begin with. 14 dollars a dozen, 9 dollars for half a dozen, I don't know how that makes any sense but I got a half a dozen of beef and pork spicy ones just to try them, when she gave me the bag the disappointment began cause I knew right away they were going to be small, when I opened the package they were even smaller than I thought. With so many positive reviews I was expecting them to taste delicious at least but no, they're average. So, if you're craving tamales, and there's no other choice around, you might want to get tamales some other day from a better place, even in Mi Tienda they make better tamales. Not trying to be mean, just giving an honest review.
I enjoyed my visit today (1960 Business Rd) Megan was awesome and very kind, even though it was closing time. My pork and beef tamales were so delicious and hit the spot! Thanks again!!!
