Great Wraps Grill

Stopped by yesterday for a quick bite to eat before shopping. I got the Greek bowl and it was very good and filling. Service was great too, thank you!

This was the worst gyro ever. Could not taste the flavor of the meat which I know was not lamb and beef. The meat had the texture of moist beef jerky. Pita bread too thick. Scrap the recipe and start over. P.S. ask a Mediterranean chef for advice.

Rude unprofessional

I hardly go to the mall anymore these days. If I do and I'm starving. Great Wraps is a great choice. I love there gyros.

First time going and most likely the last time. The breading for the chicken strips and fries were bland and they were dropped fresh. The chicken itself was nice and juicy but it the breading had some flavor, it would of been great.

Honestly I expected better from this place. It was not the not best. I ended up getting chicken strips from there and they tasted as if they were days old. Also they were super hard and cold. Over priced for nothin lol smh

Too expensive not even all that. More disappointing ordered chicken strips and they were reheated old strips.?

1st visit. It was ok. I loved the freshness of the veggies but the meat DEFINITELY could have had more flavor. And hate to say it, but our stomachs started to hurt directly after consumption. Ordered the chicken wrap & the Santa Fe chicken. Both combos rang in at $20 & some change. Staff was polite. I'll give them another shot before I call it quits.

The food is always consistent and they aren't shy about the samples. I pretty much always get the Santa Fe wrap. Oh and they do free refills on drinks (that's worth 5/5 on its own).

Horrible service I got a meal for $7 dam and it didnt come with a drink chicken tenders were cold fries was the only thing hot I wouldn't suggest anyone eat there Charley's philly steaks beside is everything

Horrible service. I went on my lunch break and it was so disorderly and the food preppers literally decided to make several other people's orders before mine even though I showed up there with another coworker who's food was already done. We ordered at the same time and they didn't even have the food that she ordered but didn't tell her until she already paid. They told me they were going to fix other people's food before mine and I had to get back to work. I asked for my money back and THREE employees didn't even know how to work the cash register and almost made me late getting back. And I never even got food. Horrible service. I will never be back.
