Normally this is my go to location for chicken however today was my last time ever going here and I advise anyone else to stay clear of this location as well. I ordered an eight piece family meal with beans and rice as a side. They gave me a full cup of uncooked rice and less than a teaspoon of beans on top. To make matters worse I got home and my family meal did not have my rolls in it. The guy that is taking orders seems to have an issue if you don’t add an extra tip to the total and chicken use to be fresh and cooked to order however it is not anymore and I would NEVER go to this location again and if anyone wants to ensure you are getting fresh chicken for the price with excellent sides and not omitted rolls stay clear of this place. Before this guy started taking orders the place was great but if you don’t tip him expect poor quality food from him. Don’t go to this place and now I understand how the line use to be long to now it’s empty. There are better places with excellent customer service that don’t require you to add a tip to a drive thru chicken place. He is a con artist and I need to send the health department to this location due to the uncooked food they are serving customers.

Customer service is very poor . There is sign that says cash are cash prices but when I paid they charged me like I paid with card. The food is good but it doesn't make sense to have a sign and don't honor it. Then manager tells me to take it or leave it. Will not be back

I love to eat at this restaurant. This place is clean. The chicken is freshly cooked and delicious. The stuffs are friendly and I really like to eat all you can buffets three times per week. I recommend this place for family garhering and birthday party.
