Hartz Chicken Buffet

Stopped coming here for a long time… Establishment never have food
to serve drive thru customers… Too long of a wait for fast food category… needs better management…

Manager refused service because I asked him a question he could not answer. Place was also nasty and food was not hot.

I ordered 2 of the dozen livers and only got one.

Look it is cheap and all you can eat what do you expect to get. I ate my fill a d enjoyed free vanilla ice cream in a cone no complaints here. I only gave service a 3 because I kept having to ask for food to be replenished.

Friendly local all you can eat smorgasbord limited variety. Mostly chicken and fish. I like fathers chicken livers.

I got the mixed 8 pc family meal and paid $24.99 before tax for me and my boyfriend and I grabbed an ice cream cone while waiting. For context, if we would’ve came in for the buffet we would’ve spent $2-$4 less than what we did for the family meal. Yet I was told either the general manger stopped to come tell me I needed to pay for it because it is for buffet only. I told him I didn’t know and he said well you still have to pay for it so I threw it away to avoid doing so. I was surprised to find that I was spending more money for take out for 2 then if we would’ve came in and ate way more food…yet I could not have an ice cream cone while waiting. Seems like they are focusing on the wrong things.

When he finally came to bring my food out, I asked if he was the general manager, and he said yes, but then began to argue with me about the issue which I wanted no part of at that point. It makes me sad because I have come here a few times over the years with my grandfather, and because of how the store manager acted, I no longer share nostalgia regarding this place. I will go somewhere else next time.

Appreciate you Hartz employees for giving me the 17 breast combo aka the left over chicken nobody else wanted. Most like never coming back but I will remember to be more specific on what I order

Exellent place to have lunch the boss is a great lady that is always willing to help her employees.. Great atmosphere. Love that they play sunny 99.1 all day even on Christmas.. Highly recommended!!!

Fui con mi familia Quería comer algo de pollo ? en diferentes variedades pero la verdad no valió la pena el lugar se veía no acogedor con colores tristes y se veía los pisos y paredes algo sucios en cuanto la comida no pude ni tan siquiera probarla, al ver todas esas cosas que antes les conté mi Familia y yo decidimos marcharnos del lugar
