They have a terrible pick up system for holidays. I've literally been waiting on 2 lbs. of ham for over 15 minutes that I prepaid for. I've been lied to by several employees stating the ham is being sliced and I'm still waiting as I type this review. They are running around like chickens with their heads cut off with a restaurant full of frustrated and unhappy customers. You'd think if you prepaid for a service it would be effortless to pick up. The service is totally unacceptable.
