They came to my work and offered a sample lunch. The ham sandwich had a heavy chemical smell. I don't know if they cleaned the prep area and there was cleaner left on the table where they make the food, but I ended up throwing everything away. I had other people in my office smell the sandwich and they all agreed it smelled like chemicals. Won't be going to eat here. 2 stars because the cookie was delightful.

Ordered online for pick up at 12:30 came to pick up close to 1pm. It was getting made when I told them my name. And it was ice cold and hard. I heated it up when I got back to the office ( my original plans were to eat it in the car) and it was good then which is why I did not put 1 star.

1.3.25. We ordered from HoneyBaked Ham on Thanksgiving for the first time. We were very impressed. Ordered the sliced turkey with glaze. Came back in January, cuz we're having company flying in. Dealt with Michael. So friendly and outgoing. Great customer service.

Well a little communication goes a long way, no one directing to a line and when you get inside you see the little signs telling you which line to be in after you waited more than a hour. Sad for me and seven others were stuck in the walk in line with one register open even though we pre paid and there are three registers open on the other side.. :/ would have helped if people were outside directing.

If you have a reservation, technically you are classified as a walk-in (as if you did not have a reservation). The only line that is moving is the ones that pre-paid online for your ham (which seems like the preferred thing to do). In the past if you had a reservation, that was of great help, but here today in this line, I should not have even bothered. There is a lady that pops up outside to tell everyone which line to be in periodically, but there is no signage just in case she leaves. The line with prepaid pickups have more staff available than those with reservations and walk in, so the wait is longer.
I used to go to the one in Woodlands (which is a smaller location), but ran more efficiently. Since I live closer to this location, I thought I would be doing better by coming here. Don’t think that was a wise choice. First time, and prolly the last coming here.

This place will scam you. We had a gift card to purchase the food which was $26.99 plus tax which total $30.87.The cashier said we had to pay money out of pocket because of taxes!!!. Which we have used the same gift cards at the sugar land and woodlands location and NEVER had to pay out of pocket. We got wore out trying to reason with her and just let it go.Then she throws away the gift cards saying nothing is on it. But the receipt said we had $11 left. So my husband goes back in and she is going on and on about why we had to pay out of pocket.When all we wanted was the gift card back. He eventually got the card back. So on Monday I’m going to call the honey bake ham corporate office and the place where I bought the gift card and get some answers.

This HoneyBaked Ham location in Humble has ham bones on sale for $3. I'm not sure how long the sale will last, but Made our split pea soup we made taste so delicious. The staff is always so friendly.
