We bought a spiral cut ham for 4 people and it was over cooked and burned on the edge, I'm never going back. Such a big disappointment they've gone way down hill. We should have just gone to Walmart that's how bad it was!
I ordered a signature deli tray with a gift card, 1st I attempted to order online, was not able to use a gift card as a form of tender, next I attempted to order over the phone but that was also not a viable option. Turned out I had to drive all the way to the store and order in person with a paper form. Note: Their ordering system is totally outdated.Service....their staff is absolutely childish and unprofessional. Example: I called to check on my order and was put on hold, the young girl picked back up and then I could hear the other female voices of staff in the background laughing and telling her to hang up on me. She did so I called back again with a different number and explained I was hung up on and that I was checking on my order and had placed my order in person at the store the day before, they said they would have to ask the manager to help me and look up my order. I guess this is a prime example of people working minimum wage jobs and also doing the absolute minimum amount of work possible. Lazy is an understatement.
