I moved. all the information is there”. I asked for the location since I already have her on the phone, she can just easily tell me the details - she said again “check the website. I moved. all the information is there”. Then hung up. I called back cos there is no website added in her shop information here in google. She said look it up. I looked up and find a lot of humble pies from where I am. I Told her that, she said - just find it. I asked whats her website called or at least provide me the exact website. She instead told me she is not sure why I don’t know how to pull up a website and laughed. lol. I haven’t been to this bakeshop before. I don’t know what this bakeshop looks like etc. I find her very very rude. I called this lady twice lol that means I wanted to go try her pies. Will never go and try calling this shop again.

Went by today to get a pie for a birthday and they were closed even though the hours stated they would be open until 5pm. Pretty disappointed that there wasnt even a notice on the door stating different hours were being observed.

So, we came from California. We crave for peach cobbler. Google lead us to Humble Pie but that day its not available. So we came back the following day and tried the Pecan pie. Ohhhhh its a must try. It is so delicious and not sweet. Me and my husband super love it. The best pecan pie we ever tasted. Thanks to the owner, shes very very nice.

My First bad review! Our first order for Thanksgiving never got delivered. We order six days in advance! We went there three times to pick them up but have not received the pies. She also said the night before, she would deliver in person at 1:00 a.m. They called the night before and said they would be ready at noon on Thanksgiving Day. NEVER GET OUR PIES It's so sad! ? Looks like they overbooked, nice ladies. They gave us the money back, but it was a bad experience. / Changing from 2 to 3 starts since they call us and offer two pies as compensation for the thanksgiving situation.

This was probably the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’m going to leave out everything I really want to say and stick to the facts. The first day I came it was about 5 min before closing so understandably the owner/baker had no more pies left so she wholeheartedly begged me to come back the next day for a slice of her famous key lime. Came back the next day early and not one pie was in the fridge upon entry. She made excuses saying her custard wasn’t there yet and to come back the next day. Came back at the time SHE requested, and it was still not ready. She claimed it’d be ready by closing time and asked me to come back. I said that would be the fourth time…this particular day I already wasn’t feeling well and she apologized profusely, promising to have a whole key lime pie for me free of charge ready the next day. I said fine…so she got my phone number and texted me that evening that the pie was ready. I texted her I’d be there tmrw afternoon and she confirmed. This is the FOURTH visit. Upon pulling up there was a person that had been waiting in his car already for 45 min. I watched a group of three pull up and try the locked door and leave. I called and texted to no answer. To get ghosted by an old lady is crazy…all over some damn pie. TERRIBLE customer service, waste of my time and energy!!!! Please go somewhere else. It ain’t that damn hard to make a pie.
