Worst costumer service with only 3 people that ordered waited 25 min and then I went and asked how long it would take and they said “oh I completely forgot about that” then proceeded to stare me down while they took another 10 min to make it. Recommend having someone with better costumer service behind the counter.

Unfortunately, from what I’ve seen over the last year, they simply do not have systems that will serve the product in less than 15-20 minutes. No one should wait 20 minutes for ice cream, ever, of any kind. They actually warn you off when you get in line that it will take a long time in hopes that you will turn around and go away. I feel for the business owner because they are losing a ton of money every hour because of this practice. The ice cream itself is as good as most rolled ice cream stores, but the toppings preparation and presentation is not consistent between servers.

For starters the ice cream isn’t very good. The toppings are kind of whack also. I ordered something with gram cracker and marshmallow, and it was literally one marshmallow on top and half a gram cracker. Second the customer service is pretty weak. Said three items, she forgot one. No apology, just an argument. Made me pay for the third, fine not a big deal. They are pretty cheap about stuff which makes you wonder about the quality. Probably mostly water based ice cream which is why it wasn’t very good.

Pretty good. I think all ice cream shops are ridiculously overpriced so that was expected. The taste was good and it was cold so I guess it was a win. The gals at the counter were super nice. We ordered two Oreos and a strawberry cheesecake.
Just tried the place today and informed the cashier this was my first time she just said this is what we have and pointed as if she didn't have time to inform me on the favorites, what all comes in it, etc. So I just said let me get the cookies and cream without even looking at the menu. When my order was made it had whip cream and chocolate drizzle on it. I informed the lady that was handing it to me that I didn't want the whip cream or chocolate drizzle, she said I could scrap it off or make you another one, I choose to get another one made. The cashier then immediately leaves the register walks over to me and proceed to give me a refund then says " I pointed at the ice cream you wanted and we are going to be wasting product if we make you another one" . I informed her again this was my first time coming here. She then gives me my money back even though I didn't ask for it, so I asked her what's her name and she says "Jeremy" which I highly doubt but she was slim female wearing a green collard tee-shirt with short curly hair and appears to still be in high school. Another worker then says just make him another one but "Jeremy" says we're going to be waisting product and I pointed to the ice cream he said and I've already given him his money back. I informed the worker who was trying to do the right thing the money is right here on the counter and I just wanted the ice cream remade. After me speaking with the helpful employee while "Jeremy" keeps being rude and jumping in the conversation the helpful employee goes to the register and has my order made again. I'm thankful that someone was able to assist me with this small issue that was being blown out of proportion by their coworker so I'm giving you all 2 stars instead of one because of her. Not to mention the ice cream was for my 4 year old son who was with me at the time. I hope "Jeremy" gets the help she needs.

I've tried other locations and this one is subpar. I ordered the mango sticky rice and there was hardly any rice or coconut cream on there. The mango was the wrong type and so unripe it's was hard to chew.
