IHOP offers outstanding service with knowledgeable and patient staff. The pancakes are excellent, but the bacon was so-so. Despite being rather expensive, the friendly and efficient waitstaff make the experience worthwhile. Despite a shortage of staff one day, the team worked hard to accommodate all guests. The waiter was attentive and checked on the customers regularly. The suggestion for wait staff to ask about specials and discounts was noted. Overall, IHOP provides a great dining experience with accurate orders and thoughtful service, even offering to-go coffees.
